I was using a space heater and lost power to the rooms and bathroom. It was not a breaker so I called SRP as they came highly recommended on Nextdoor. I spoke to Steve and that’s when I learned. He guided me through some steps but we had no success. They came out on time and quickly found the breaker. They installed a new circuit breaker and wire so we can use the heater anytime without having to worry. Professional white glove service at its finest.

I would recommend Laurence Kolb to anyone interested in having a perfect lighting/electrical experience. I found Laurence online and contacted him. We arranged a time when he could look over the lights I wanted to install. He was prompt and courteous. After choosing the fixtures I wanted, we found they wouldn't work for the situation I had with an older house/electrical, so we texted and spoke several times to make sure I could find what would work. I love my lights, but the best part was Laurence's straight forward explanations of what would work and why. No corners cut; expert. patient advice and counsel. I will request his help again when I'm ready for the next project.

Premo Electric installed two light fixtures and two ceiling fans, including the box, and troubleshot an issue I was having with the outlets in my home office. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and very informative about the work they performed. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up before they left. The following day, I received a phone call from the supervisor who happened to work in the field and assist with the work done at my home, he called to check if everything was working well. These guys were amazing!!! I plan to use them again on other upcoming electrical work I need done around the house. I have already recommended them to friends, family, and co-workers. I called twice and set up appointments for the electrician to come and replace a light fixture. Both times he failed to show up and neither called to say he was running late or say he wasn't coming. Nor did the company offer an apology or a reason for someone not showing up. If I'm expected to be here waiting for them at a certain time I expect the same courtesy.

Requested service on out 240v, they charged us $100 fee and nothing was fixed. Would not refund.

I had Raceway install three cieling fans, an outdoor outlet on a dedicated circuit and outlet in the master bedroom for the television, again on it's own circuit. Everything was accomplished in same day at a reasonable price.
