The technician, Aaron Cortez, arrived at the expected time and very quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem I was having with lighting/electical outlets in two rooms. He also surveyed the electrical system and carefully explained how they worked and their condition. I was impressed by the expertise he displayed.

Aaron was responsive, flexible and had very competitive pricing. He came up with a solution that other electricians had not identified that saved us several hundred dollars. We've been using the electric charging station for most of a year and had no problems with it.

We will definitely be using Zed Electric again! He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and managed to come out quickly when our water heater stopped working.

Cannot recommend. Technician stated that the electric panel had to be replaced as the breaker needing replacing was no longer available. (Turns out that the breakers are readily available.) I accepted a quote for the work and waited the expected two+ months for permits but did not hear from them. I called after about 5 months, and they said they would check on the permits but never called me back. I gave up after giving them more-than-enough time to get permits and fit me in their schedule.

Peter helped us with installing a 220v plug for our EV car. He is very professional, honest & delivered exactly what he promised. We received quotes from other electrical companies, but we choose Peter because when we asked about permits, he was honest with us. The other electricians wanted to cut corners & told us we didn't need one. Getting the permit took a while because of the city & all its red-tape, but Peter stayed on track to get us what we need for inspection & kept us updated the whole time. He could have easily just ran off & never followed through since we already paid him for the job, but he didn't because he is an honest man. We will definitely use him again for any other electrical projects we have & recommend him to our friends & family. Thanks Peter!

I called Rock Electric Friday evening about 6 p.m. and Richard came out 7 a.m. Saturday morning. We are so appreciative for his quick response and his professionalism. He completed the task in a timely manner and was super polite and courteous. His rate was fair and I would definitely refer him to friends and anybody else who needs an electrician.
