They were able to send a technician to the house in less than 48 hours. Jon, their technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Once the estimate was completed and the price agreed upon, Jon and his assistant were back out to the house in about a week. Although there was a fair amount of work to be completed, Jon completed all required work quickly and efficiently. His team also worked extremely neatly and ensured their work areas were clean and in great shape before they departed. Most importantly, all issues noted in a previous inspection were corrected to code.I have no reservations about recommending Pt. Loma Electric to anyone!

Called up Lawrence when I was doing some DIY and happened to blow out the power to my garage. He came over within a half hour of taking my call and I had to show him my handiwork. Had a nice piece of humble pie. He fixed my mess, told me exactly what I did wrong and what actually caused the outage. After fixing the issue he gave me a few pro tips so I can replace the rest of my outlets without having the same issue again. Even offered to take any followup questions I may have over the phone. Definitely would hire them again and probably will when I blow up the next thing.

Emerald Pacific installed a new panel in my condo a couple years ago. They were super easy to talk to throughout the process and the work was quick and very clean. Peter is extremely knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have hired him to install my Tesla charger. He asked questions re my usage of the car (miles driven per day, week, etc.) and explained why I really didn’t need to buy a $400 Tesla home charger, but could use a $45 Gen2 NEMA adapter instead. His charge to do the install was also $100 less than other electricians had quoted. I would highly recommend him!
