I am ALSO active duty Navy and if that one review knew anything about electric work...then maybe they should have done it themselves. However, I do not mess with panels! Came out on a Sunday and helped restore power back to my home. Was professional, polite and explained everything to me so I could understand what all he was replacing and why. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future.

As part of the General Motors program to pay for a home charging capability, I was connected with Bella Electric for this service. I was so glad that Bella was able to work with me to install the outlet while I was at work and I did not have to take time off. NOTE: Chevrolet sells this as a service to install home charging capability, but the service Bella was contracted to perform for GM was only to install the 220V outlet. Since the Bolt EV does not come with a 220V charging cable, I had to buy the cable separately before I could use the outlet. Once I had that - all was good.

My prior solar company went out of business. Three inverters has failed and needed to be replaced. Chilicon Power, the maker of the inverters, recommended Heck Electric & Solar.They were very responsive, coming up on short notice. They were in and out in about 1 hour and they made sure the equipment was properly registered with the manufacturer.Above and beyond the good work, they were super cool. Very much appreciate them and will look them up for future work.Update 01/08/2022:Had another inverter go out. I had called Trevor before the holidays and he proactively followed back up.Came over on a Saturday to switch out my faulty unit. In and out. Very fast, friendly, and super instructive. I continue to be impressed.

Jonathan came to our home after we loss partial power to one of our rooms. after running a diagnosis they were able to fix everything within an hour. They were very professional and cleaned up the work area nicely once they were done. They also arrived on time!

Great service

I called twice and set up appointments for the electrician to come and replace a light fixture. Both times he failed to show up and neither called to say he was running late or say he wasn't coming. Nor did the company offer an apology or a reason for someone not showing up. If I'm expected to be here waiting for them at a certain time I expect the same courtesy.

We worked through several options and came up with the best option for us. I would be happy to recommend City First Electric to anyone.

Circuit in my kitchen went out and Richard came by and began troubleshooting the problem. Turned out I had a microwave that was overloading the circuit.I have a old 1959 home, and electrical can be difficult to fix. He figured out the problem at a reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with Richard who is a very thoughtful and punctual gentleman.

I suspected we had a blown circuit, which controlled lighting for nearly half our condo. I reached out to a handful of electricians with high Yelp reviews. Phillip got back to me with reasonable pricing (for visit/inspection fee), and had availability within hours.His son, Phillip Jr., and Bernard arrived on time, were super professional, quick, competent, and friendly. And I felt the final bill was completely reasonable (and that total was actually lower than just the service/visit fee offered from another electrician).I added Solomon to my contacts for future electrical needs, and passed along their info to some friends who were also in the market for an electrician.

David came by earlier in the week to install a pair of ceiling fans where there previously hadn’t been any wiring. Despite having to navigate a tight attic space, he knocked it out in about 2 hours per fan. He was relentlessly positive & I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’ll be on speed dial for the next time I need an electrician!

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica.
