I worked with Rick from Dawson Electric. He was very professional and responsive. I requested an electric diagnostic for electric heaters that weren't working. Rick was able to get the diagnostic done on the same day. After the diagnostic, he gave us a fair quote to replace our in-wall electric heaters. He worked with the vendor for the heaters and was able to install the same day he picked up the heaters. Overall, I highly recommend Rick and am very happy with the results. I had an outstanding experience at Electric City.I had to have a 220 hook up because I was receiving a new Jacuzzi in two days.It was quite a large job. First of all, my technician Lee, came out the same day to assess my situation and give me quote.I was a customer service manager at Macys for many years, and I always notice what kind of service I receive.Lee had an excellent attitude and was professional, the entire time he was here.!He explained things well, and I got an honest feeling from him.There were a few glitches and he came out to help the situation ….a few times . I was impressed and very grateful.His associate, Eric was also extremely polite and had a great attitude as well. I truly appreciated that.

Premo Electric installed two light fixtures and two ceiling fans, including the box, and troubleshot an issue I was having with the outlets in my home office. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and very informative about the work they performed. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up before they left. The following day, I received a phone call from the supervisor who happened to work in the field and assist with the work done at my home, he called to check if everything was working well. These guys were amazing!!! I plan to use them again on other upcoming electrical work I need done around the house. I have already recommended them to friends, family, and co-workers. ACDC re-wired a couple of add-on rooms in my home that were wired by another electrical company and were not to code resulting in power outages. They also installed a new power circuit panel replacing an outdated circa 1970 one which was causing problems. Mehran and Alex were very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Their costs were fair and I'd recommend them for any home electrical needs.

Richard came out for a troubleshooting and repair job. His communication and response time was excellent. He was able to very quickly identify the issue and repair it immediately. I can't say enough good things about this company and Thorin. When I first contacted them, they responded within minutes, setting up an appointment for the following day. They were honest and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure that I had a solution as quickly as possible. The day of the service I had a strict time constraint as the house was scheduled for fumigation and tenant move-in immediately after the tent removal. Thorin was very punctual and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a few minutes. I love this company! I would defiantly hire them again.
