Absolute Power Electrical Contractors

I used absolute power to switch out a couple of light fixtures and I definitely recommend them! Luis and Eddy were the techs that came on site to do the job and they were great!! One of the light fixtures that we wanted replaced was in a tricky spot above the staircase, but they figured out a way to reach it and did an excellent job! They were polite, picked up after themselves, and were very careful throughout the process. They even offered to help us move some furniture while they were here as a kind favor! Reasonable prices and a job well done!

This company fails to give you full information prior to making an appt and then acts like you the problem when your unaware of possible costs and call them about the issue. I can't say that they do bad work but the original customer service was not good. Even when the technician git here the first thing he disclosed to me was did they tell you about the cost. And he even stated that sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I don't have a problem with paying for service, my issue is at least give the courtesy of allowing the customer to be prepared

Luis and Carlos were very professional and did a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves with this little vacuum cleaner they brought, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. They were very careful to not damage anything. They listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. They definitely care about the customer. Would definitely recommend, and will use them in the future!

Went through 3-4 different electrical contracting companies, Absolute Power were the only group of gentlemen to deliver a quote to me same day (before they left). They already stood out from there. Days leading up to work they called to confirm my needs and requests were being met and to confirm our appointment. They showed up early for the appointment, and allowed me to throw on some extra work before they left. They installed my entire 6 camera security system, implemented a hard wire doorbell, installed electrical outlets, changed patio light fixtures, and demonstrated the up most professional. Would and will call them any and every time going forward! Great group of guys. Highly recommended!

We have had many electricians come to our homes in the past to perform electrical work but never as efficient as Mr. Luis Rodriguez and Mr. Carlos Cervantes. They told us what they were going to do step by step and ask us if there were any questions. Not only did they do a great job but they also vacuumed and swept the floors when they were done. I called to schedule a service call and originally, I was told someone would be able to go out there in two days, once I explained to Mia that it was for my grandmother who did not have electricity in her bathrooms (which she is high risk for falls due to her age 91), she was able to accommodate me and get someone out there the next day. Thank you, Mia, for having compassion for my grandmother's situation and locating a technician that would be in that area the next day. Luis, the technician did an amazing job identifying the issue and quickly resolved it for my grandmother. He also called me and explained what he observed and what he recommended our next steps be to avoid further issues. He also expressed his concerns for potential hazards regarding her almost 50-year-old home. My grandmother has called me multiple times expressing how much Luis and his partner helped her and fixed her issue quickly. She stated to me that he was extremely helpful, friendly and went over and beyond. Thank you to Absolute Power, Mia, Luis and his partner!!! I came across this company on nextdoor app. I called for an estimate and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Isiah and Matt showed up to my house, gave me some options and quickly went to work. These guys were very professional, informative and respectful. I needed a floodlight installed where I didn’t have any power close by and these guys made it happen. Absolute Power is my go to contractor for any electrical repair or installation. They have installed recessed lighting in my kitchen, smart switches for my security lights and even put up a tv and surround sound speakers. Absolute Power is the best! Highly recommended.

I would never do business with a company that allows their employees to instigate road rage in company vehicles. I suggest looking into a more professional group of electrical contractors.
