Corey came out to do the initial quote and he gave a fair quote. I booked Lp electrical for the following week. He was on time (that’s a biggie for me) and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Corey guided me through the process and the time frame he gave was pretty much exact. I did not have to worry about the time. Corey represents LP Electrical and did a great job.

I was very pleased with the service LP3 Electric provided. I didn't know why the power had stopped working in one bedroom of my mom's house. The electrician (Leonard) arrived within the time frame requested and informed me of the cost for diagnosing the issue. I agreed to move forward and he found the problem. He explained to me that my mom's house is very old (60+ years) and therefore has old power outlets that were used back then. He replaced it with an up to date version and restored power back in that room. I'm absolutely grateful for the professionalism and quick response. I recommend LP3 Electric and without a doubt use their services again!

I highly recommend LP3 Electric for any electrical needs, big or small. I called one Friday afternoon, late in the day, and the owner Leonard was quick to respond. My home was built in 1959, had the original wiring and was in need of a larger service load and update. Leonard did all the work, which was a pretty large job, with professionalism and efficiency. The work that was done was with TOP QUALITY, and also great value. My husband and I were so pleased with the quality of work done, that we asked for additional electrical items that need to be addressed in our home. We will definitely call Leonard with LP3 Electric for any electrical jobs we may need in the future!! *Highly Recommend

We were surprised by our kitchen light falling from the ceiling ! It was held only by the electrical wires. I found LP 3 Electric by the excellent ratings. Called and got an appointment all in less than five minutes. Had an appointment for the next hour. Service was Amazing from start to finish. We will always use this company !

Leonard was a lifesaver! He responded quickly to my call and was able to install a 240 volt plug for my dryer in my new home within a couple of days so I could start doing laundry!!!! These guys really go out of their way to serve you. They were willing to come after hours for an emergency I had. They really showed their knowledge and expertise while doing the work. Anybody who has any electrical concerns should call them now. They might just save your home and property and their prices are very reasonable. I am a landlord and have been looking for that one company for all my electrical needs. I found that in LP3.Leo and his staff are highly professional. They kept me informed on all the work performed and explained all of my options. Their pricing was highly competitive and they installed quality equipment.My needed repairs were extensive and Leo provided me with temporary service so that my family was comfortable. This was not required on his part but much appreciated. It speaks to that level of service to his customers. Leo even brought in two other electricians on his staff to finish his work to so that I could continue with my weekend plans. LP3 is awesome, I needed to have a breaker repaired and they came out within a couple hours, as well as on the lower end to replace it. Our lights also started flickering. They could have come out and charged us to assess the problem, but instead suggested we call CPS, who came out and fixed the problem. Very honest company, which goes a long way nowadays.

Excellent and very fast service! Needed some work done to put in a power outlet and do some additional wiring for a home TV set up. Prompt service considering this was a last minute service request, very competitive quote, and knowledgeable with new smart-home (Lutron) devices. Showed up on a Saturday afternoon with no up-charge and was very diligent on installing devices with attention to detail. Electrician didn't try to up sell me the way the other companies tried. Electrician was very mindful of COVID-19 precautions (mask, gloves, etc..). Definitely would recommend and will be using again for future projects.

I was completed satisfied with the work. The owner answered my call to fix my gfci wall switch although it was a holiday weekend. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He noticed that there was a few loose wires and replaced the switch with an upgrade. I will probably use his services in the future.

We had a outside light that was not working, LP3 sent Leonard Pena out to look at and he checked abfewbthings went into the attic and founf the problem and got it fixed fight away.Mr.Pena was polite and respectful and very friendly. On New Year's Eve, the outlet for my refrigerator broke due to bad weather. Tried calling several others and couldn't get anyone out the same day. This gentleman stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes and walked me through changing out a GFCI outlet until everything worked again (without a meter!). Absolutely above and beyond what I expected from any contractor. This will be the first guy I call for anything electrical from here on. I cannot thank you enough, you saved all my food!

Recently used this company for malfunctioning smoke detectors going off in my home at 10:30 at night! I left a frantic message on their phone and was promptly called back. They came out the next day and changed out all 7 detectors. Service was friendly, prompt and professional. Will use them again.

#1 - Provided same day service -- on the Friday of Fiesta when other companies were closed......#2 - Repaired what could be repaired on Friday / returned on Saturday to repair the rest (did not charge extra)#3 - Removed small bee hive in outdoor fixture @ no charge (what????)#4 - they are experienced professionals who complete the job quickly / correctly and they go the extra mile.#5 - Lucky me!
