Mark arrived on time to give my free estimates, to upgrade the outlets, lights, and other items, on my possible rental home.His prices were very reasonable and fair. He offered me different options and was honest.I received the estimate invoice in writing, attached on an email, very well written and all disclaimers were explained.I did not purchase the rental home, due to structural issues.I plan on using Lone Oak Electric, to fix and upgrade any electrical issues, on my next rental home purchase.

Mark did a superb job on installing external outlets and replacing lighting in our house. He was honest, efficient, hard-working, professional, and friendly, and was able to help us help ourselves in those areas in which he did not need to make repairs (i.e., our smoke detection system). Mark was our second quote and he did not upcharge us or suggest unnecessary work, but rather, gave us multiple options so that we had the power to decide and save money. He showed up early for our estimate and for the next-day installation/repairs. Will definitely use Mark again if we ever have any electrical issues!!

Mark came to my house to help me address ‘A Homeowners worst nightmare’ of an Inspection. He was very professional and went over the report to address the items that needed to be addressed and explained the items that did not need addressing, which were quite a few. He kept in contact with me to keep me up to date when he would be coming to the house. He showed up when he said he would and worked diligently until everything that needed to be done, was done. He has that kind of personality that makes you feel like You’ve known him a long time. I would highly recommend Mark.

Mark is a complete professional and an expert at what he does. He arrived on time, even a bit early, assessed the area and got to work! Called the morning after the last electrical storm for repairs to a “melted, smoking breaker box” caused by a power surge at my rental home. Mark was very professional and reassuring. Spoke with Mark this morning and told him the problems we were experiencing. Mark called when he was on the way. Inspected the outlets determined where the problems were and resolved the issue. Mark provided great timely service in replacing two high ceiling fan/lights in an outdoor covered deck. He also installed a fan/light combo in a walk in closer. He always arrived on time as scheduled. I highly recommend Lone Oak Electrical.

People, if ever you need electrical work repair done, call this company for Mark. Mark came on time to replace a fixture above our washer n dryer and in 20 minutes he was done. I already had the fixture to be replace, I was charged for labor $, very reasonable no lie. Check him out people...Mark you're da Bomb!! Have a Bless Thanksgiving. Mahalo!!
