He explained to us what he saw and what it meant. He took pictures of the both panel and told us that he would send us an email on what he found out which we received the same day, We sent it out to our insurance and you know what's the good thing about that? The pictures that he took, it has description on it so that the insurance would understand what it was and what it meant.After a few days, our claim got approved by the insurance. We called Firefly Electric, my husband talked to the owner Sal who is very kind and got the job scheduled.The scheduled day came where we had Joshua and Brandon, They installed what we got which is the Platinum Panel Package with 9 dual function breaker. Joshua did the outdoor panel while Brandon did the indoor panel and I would say what a superb teamwork! Remember teamwork makes the dream work! While they were doing the work I was chitchatting with them and they were really friendly yet professional.We had some issues with our homeowners insurance but we got rest assured that they are gonna help us with it which is definitely going above and beyond! We were selling our house and the buyer wanted a few things done. We called Bell Electric, we told him about what the home inspector found. He reassured us they can get this done. He gave me an estimate and that next day Micheal and Andrew came over and fixed everything necessary. They explained everything to me...why they didn't need to replace certain items and why they replaced others. They were thorough, professional and all around Great! Micheal and Andrew were a great team and checked everything electrical to make sure it was good to go. They came...got the job done and the bill was so much less than we expected! We are thankful we called them! Great job guys! You ROCK!

First off, already negative about the service call stating that it needed to be on jumped position. Second, no prior call to arrival. And when he arrived he didn’t have the 35 amp connection to be swapped out. Stated he needed to go buy the part and would be back at 1pm. Never called and no show and closed the work order without contacting us with the reason. Since they were on a AHS Warranty call they wanted to get paid from them and now want $120 service charge from me. They refuse to swap out the 35 to a new once since the AC company replaced with a 40 just to get our ac going and not leave us without service in this 103 degree weather. Very rude and not understanding about providing comfort to customers. It’s less then a $20 part and about five minutes to install and they have made it very difficult. Stay away from money hungry companies.

Definitely recommend this group! They sent their technician Oscar. He was professional and informative. He took time to educate me on my AC. I really appreciate it since most just do the job and go.

Black Belt AC and Electric explained the entire process before replacing my entire home AC system. The efficiency we gained as a result is nothing short of amazing! Our home is so much more comfortable, air evenly distributed in both wings. This had never been accomplished before and we were told by another company to install an additional unit to get even air flow. We are so impressed with Black Belt, give them a call before making a decision on another business to install or repair your AC system. You will not be disappointed.
