Isaac/Octavio/Juanito did a great job! They were fast and efficient with their time. Something that I appreciated the most was the expectations and courtesy they took so I knew what was going to happen before it happened. I will hire these men for my next job, Citywide has some awesome electricians!

We had Citywide Electric install a 20A 220 disconnect for a 12000 BTU ductless Ac/Heating system. They also installed a surge protector provided by the AC company. The disconnect was backed up to our Generac as well as having a power monitoring module installed. Citywide Electric did an excellent job and their staff was superb.

I have had City Wide Electric out to add exterior lights, exterior outlets and recently out to replace a bad breaker circuit. Issac, Octavio and Thomas have been out to assist me with my electrical needs. Very knowledgeable, responsive, courteous and on time. 5 stars and will definitely use again for future projects.

Can’t give enough stars for the work Daniel and his team did installing a Generac home backup generator system. He was very clear on setting expectations of what the process would look like, along with multiple touch points and reviews with CPS. Today, the CPS Inspector commented that he had never seen such a clean and professional installation! Music to my ears. I have found THE company for all of my future electrical needs!

I needed electrical work on a house and did my research on electricians. Some did not have an actual business address, only a phone number. A couple of them work from there apartment or house.I got a quote I receive from CityWide Electric for the work I need was reasonable. I settled with CityWide Electric. We had a backup generator installed for our home with Daniel and his team at Citywide Electric. This is a several month process with multiple steps. They did a great job of going through the steps with me and keeping me updated throughout the process. They were very professional and did quality work. The CPS Inspector who came out to do the final inspection even mentioned that the electrical work was done very well. I would highly recommend Daniel and his team at Citywide Electric.

Octavio and Xavier came first thing in the morning to install my new ceiling fan. They were efficient and professional and they did a terrific job at a very fair price. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a superb electrician!

Had a number of old outlets that lost power. I was unable to trouble shoot the issue on my end but the guys that showed up got it done. They were very friendly and professional. Even cleaned up the areas they were working in. Happy with the work that was done.

Citywide Electric is one of the only electric companies I could find that provides free estimates. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were flexible with my availability. My technician, Daniel, was on time and professional. Although my particular electrical situation required no further work, Daniel spent time explaining everything to me in detail which I greatly appreciate. Whenever another electrical need arises, Citywide Electric will be the first company I reach out to.

Octavio and Roberto were excellent! Professional and quick, and they made sure to clean up the area once they were finished. I was pleased because my installation was not scheduled until Monday, but they were able to get it done 4 days early because they had an opening become available and called me! Also, Citywide beat their competitor's price by over $100 and left no messy drywall for me to patch.

Octavio and Xavier were amazing! They re-placed/installed 5 chandeliers in my house. They were very efficient and I would definitely ask for them again in the future :)

Excellent service at a fair price. Less than half of the cost of the first estimate received, and another 4 companies were in the same high range before getting the Citywide quote. I'm so glad I randomly contacted Citywide for one more estimate!Isaac also provided the best explanation of the work required and why. Coordinated with CPS for a new airiel service install, kept me informed of what was going on with that and didn't push the complete home re-wire other companies claimed we desperately needed!I strongly recommend Citywide for any electrical work you may need.

We purchased a home generator from Generac and we’re referred to citywide by them. They were prompt, honest, and kept us informed all the way thru the process. Obtained permits, assisted with getting a good plumber to connect to our gas line. The work and professionalism was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Citywide Electric! Daniel and his team installed wall sconces at our house. He provided us with two different options for how it could be done, explained everything and quoted a fair price. We already had two other quotes from two other companies and Daniel was on par with the least expensive, and well under half of the most expensive quote. The install was done quickly and they left the room cleaner than when they arrived. Daniel and his team were so professional, polite and patient. It was clear they really care about their work and their customer service. We told Daniel we wanted to avoid making cuts in the wall but didn't mind cuts in the ceiling. He was able to accommodate this request and the holes in the ceiling were much smaller than expected. He even went above and beyond by replacing the sheet rock and caulking the gaps and screws and you can't even tell there was ever a hole! We are so thrilled with the results and I will be using Citywide Electric for all future electrical needs.

Very good service! Redid electrical panel and redid half of house with upgrade fromm 100 to 200 service. Had an issue with a light switch and they were professional in fixing the service. Definitely will use again in the future.

These guys worked so hard and quick in getting the breaker panel and outdoor panels from 1968 updated. Ran a dedicated line to our kitchen for a new outlet for out microwave. They updated all the switches and outlets in the home. Respected our safety concerns for my 99 year old grandpa. They stayed in communication with us on our appointments and even rescheduled us quickly when our household became ill with a stomach bug. Highly recommend them.

We needed an electrician immediately and called other places before lucking onto Citywide. The other places were either unable to come within a few days or wanted to extract a pretty penny for a sooner response. Daniel, who was very friendly, trustworthy and professional, came right away. He fixed the problem quickly and also took the time to give me accurate estimates on some other things I wanted done. We will definitely be using them from now on.

I came home from the doctor to realize the electricity in 1/2 of my house was off which meant one of my AC units too. I called Citywide and they had a technician at my door in less than 30 minutes. Daniel was extremely pleasant and found a breaker outside that was rusting. He provided a quote, went to get the part and it took only a short while before he was finished. The cost of trouble shooting and repair was very competitive and i will definitely use Citywide again!

As a new homeowner I was completely unprepared for when I had a short in my utility room. I called Citywide based off of the reviews online. While ultimately I did not wind up going with them (not due to anything of their fault), I still feel they warranted a five star review. Without going into too much detail, Isaac was very helpful and receptive to my issue. When I ran into a financial hiccup, Isaac made sure that he followed up with me on what options I had. I got next day service. They came 45 minutes early.Disconnected a dangerous outdoor conduit to an abandoned shed from my laundry dryer breaker in about an hour. Cost $145. I didn't need an estimator to quote and call back, they just scheduled it and did it.In short: Good work done quick for a fair price.

Excellent company--I would rehire for additional work.I contacted Citywide Electric through their website and promptly called me back. A time was arranged and a professional individual arrived and discussed with me what I wanted to fix. He didn't try to sell me extra stuff that I didn't need/want.We agreed on the price, the work was scheduled for a specific day.The technicians called before arriving. They were on time and handle the work in a very reasonable amount of time. Once they installed a new panel for me, they tested everything out and ensured everything was working before they left.I was able to pay with a credit card onsite and all went well.

Excellent company. Had them come by In Sept. to fix an outlet that kept going out outside. Called them and they came out the next day. They found the problem quickly. It was sloppy wiring from the builder. They tested my fuse box and ran new wiring for the outlet. Had it done in under two hours The whole job just cost $355. Had contacted Home Depot and they had sent out a company to look at it. Told me about the same bad wiring, but they wanted to replace my fuse box and charge separately for touching the outlet and removing my ceiling fan and putting it back on to fix the wiring. Whole job would of came over $4,000. I've had no problems since they fixed it.
