We had a situation where a new water heater was causing the external circuit breaker to trip. Allgood came out same day and conducted an inspection and fixed the issue. From speaking to Debbie in their scheduling office to David (technician) coming out on the service call, it was all professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. I recommend Allgood.0

The guys were great. They installed a brand new electrical panel bringing it up to code and installed a generator switch and new 50 amp outlet for our generator. They were instrumental in helping us choose a generator, and the proper electrical cord. Upon installation, they offered to return and give us step by step instructions on how to properly use our two-fuel system generator. They returned about 3 weeks late once we had all of the proper supplies for the generator. They took their time and allowed us to record the conversation for future reference. Thank you so much!

The best part was they seemed to be the only company that worked with me on giving me a quote over the phone . Every other company I called wanted to send someone out to my house to give me a quote (so they can try to sell you in person ) . All Star helped me over the phone and came and did the work the next day . 5 stars for sure and I will be using them from now on . Oddly enough, I was stuck trying to figure out a wiring problem on my food truck. I happened to run into Jeff on my way out of Home Depot. I stopped him and asked if he could answer a question. He did more than that! He walked me through each piece of my problem and walked down each aisle showing me what I needed and how to solve the issue.I was seriously impressed with his willingness to help, and he didn't ask for a dime or anything in return! The electricians were courteous, professional and worked very hard with a very annoying, barking all day min pin.Everything was being updated for the home we built and moved in in 1992.Every thing is switched out, and even have sensors for outdoor lighting and in the garage. I am very satisfied and we use them in the future.

Mark arrived on time to give my free estimates, to upgrade the outlets, lights, and other items, on my possible rental home.His prices were very reasonable and fair. He offered me different options and was honest.I received the estimate invoice in writing, attached on an email, very well written and all disclaimers were explained.I did not purchase the rental home, due to structural issues.I plan on using Lone Oak Electric, to fix and upgrade any electrical issues, on my next rental home purchase.
