Chris and Rick are amazing! They take pride in their work and make sure everything is right. Based on the inspection of a house we were purchasing, we reached out to get a quote to replace the electrical panels and upgrade the service before moving to San Antonio and closing on the house. Chris helped us to get everything ready so we could start after closing. He kept us updated throughout the permit and cps process. After moving in we found lots of other electrical work was needed - replace fans, install new outlets, install ev charging stations, multiple new light fixtures and recessed lights. Untangling and fixing some of the just funky wiring on timers all over the house (think of an attempt at full lighting automation using 1980s technology). Everything I threw at him, he figured out how to make it work. I will be calling him soon to the next stage of electrical fixes/upgrades. Highly recommend!!

Chris and his assistant have been nothing but professional. They explained up front all the costs, potential pitfalls that could bump the price up a bit more and had excellent communication through the entire installation. When completed the work looked outstanding. We have a lot of additional electrical projects around the house and I have every intention of having Chris back to install new lighting in our garage and our master bathroom, as well as wire up our workshop and shed. Highly recommended!

It was truely a pleasure working with this business. Chris and his helper are no nonsense professionals who responded to every need my wife and I had in our home. Professional, competent, respectful with an unusual work ethic for todays times. I had accepted a bid from Chris to do some electrical work in my home, at the last minute I asked Chris if he could add a couple of electrical outlets to two bathrooms. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate me and completed all the work during the same appointment, most importantly, my wife is happy. Chris did an excellent job when replacing the original panel/meter loop along with an electric car charger in my 1962 Mid-Century Ranch in Windcrest. Not only was the quality of work spectacular (beautifully bent pipes, thoughtfully labeled breakers, quality materials, etc.) but also his customer service was second to none.Half of the electricians I called for quotes never showed up and only half of those who did actually got me a quote. Chris was exceptionally punctual and communicative throughout the entire process. Even when we had to delay for other home repairs and weather. I have never worked with an electrician so professional in their communication and job execution.

Chris Muller of Denali Electric provided me the most excellent service when I needed a light/fan switch wiring repaired or re-wired based upon a new ceiling fan that I purchased for my game room. I've installed ceiling fans in my house before, but the wiring in this particular case in the switch was confusing and I wanted to make sure the job was done right and safely.He and his assistant were able to squeeze me in the same day. Chris was also great about communicating with me regarding his timeline for making the appointment as the day carried on.He explained what he was doing as he fixed the problem. Chis and his assistant were professional, polite, and presentable.Denali Electric saved me a tremendous amount of time and headache!Highly recommend!5-stars all the way!

After several people recommended Denali Electric on the Nextdoor app, I decided to reach out to get our ceiling fans installed. I am truly happy that I did. His assistant and he arrived promptly at our house. Chris talked with my husband regarding pricing which I am also happy to say did not change at all from when I talked to him over the phone. He walked my husband through the entire process of installation. He replied to every question my husband and I asked without hesitation. New lights over showers, new lights in living room, and new light in closet. Not changes of light fixtures, completely new fresh-cut-sheetrock and new switches light installations. Plus new GFCI outlets, and a whole home surge protector. ALL IN ONE DAY !!! Great value, great professionalism, and very tidy. Chris is the owner and was great, and the star of the show was Rick. Rick never gives up, always has a smile, and runs at the same speed from start to finish. A total pleasure to have in my home, and I will ask them back for any electrical work in the future.

We cannot say enough good things about Denali Electric. We recently relocated our small business which required installing new sub panels both on the exterior and the interior in order to accommodate additional 240 outlets, several dedicated outlets, multiple convenience outlets, overhead lighting, and wiring for a mini-split heat pump system. This was a lot of work for us to assimilate (and pay for) and we got 5 different estimates before selecting Chris for the job. We chose him because he listened carefully to what we told him we needed and offered explanations and alternatives as we went along and his pricing is fair, excellent value for quality work. His work ethic is very strong, he's punctual - calls / texts ahead, lets you know if he's going to be even a few minutes late; keeps his work area very clean and organized. When our HVAC contractor that we have done business with for over 20 years came to install the mini split, he commented how professional and neat Chris's work is.We were so pleased that we also had Chris do additional work at our residence installing new outdoor lights, under cabinet lighting and several dimmer switches. Again, all beautifully done, in a timely manner and at a fair price.

Last week while laying plywood above the garage to finish the floor for storage, one of the guys accidentally screwed through the SE 220 Cable providing electric to the stove. Thank God he didn't electrocute himself! Unfortunately, I had no electric to the stove and it was late on Thursday evening going into Memorial Weekend. I called Chris after jumping onto our Neighborhood Facebook for referrals and Chris promptly answered. He was just leaving work for home and said under the circumstances he wanted to come by quickly to ensure there was no risk for electrical fire. He arrived about 20 minutes later and was able to assess and secure the situation. I found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable about his trade and full of integrity. It was very refreshing to meet someone you immediately felt you could trust. His work was impeccable. His cost was very fair. He gave me a quote that he stood behind and did not change at the end of the job. He arrived when he said he would, did what he and I agreed to have done, and he was very professional. There is no doubt that I will be using Chris again as I have already made plans for him to install additional lighting on my garage and in my flower beds. Can't say enough about Chris and Denali Electric, you won't regret choosing them for all your electrical needs.

I met Chris last year when I needed some reassurance that the wiring performed by a shady pool installer was actually appropriate and safe. He came out right away, checked everything out and provided the reassurance I needed.Today I needed an outlet that was wired to a switch adapted to provide constant power. Again, he came right out, on his day off. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was going to schedule an appointment for next week, but then, you know what? I'm just gonna knock it out right now.It didn't take long, but it was still his time and time away from his family.Smart, confident, competent, friendly, kind ... I really can't think of enough good things to say about Chris and Denali Electric. Highly recommended!

My wife and I can't speak highly enough about this company. We bought a Peloton Treadmill, but our garage couldn't handle the amps that the machine was drawing. We needed at least a 15 amp breaker installed into the garage panel as well as a dedicated outlet for the treadmill. When we got in contact with Mr. Muller over the phone yesterday, he was extremely professional and was able to describe everything we needed/break down everything in simple terms for my wife; which in turn gave us confidence in his abilities. Despite being busy with other projects, he stopped by our home that afternoon to see exactly what needed to be done as well as give a better estimate. At this point, he's already going beyond what we expected. After telling us that he would be here in a couple days, he AGAIN goes above and beyond by taking time out of his busy schedule to squeeze us in this afternoon. Even though the work was not expensive, his customer service, knowledge and professionalism would lead me to hire him for any electrical work regardless of the price. 10/10

Phenomenal customer service! I requested a quote to have two 240 outlets installed in my garage to support a welder, air compressor and plasma cutter. Received an estimate the same day and the owner gladly shared enlightening information with regard to code. The job from start to finish was significantly shorter than I expected!After closely observing the work. I have absolutely NO complaints. Everything was installed perfectly and is aesthetically pleasing. Both gentlemen were extremely professional the entire time and cleaned up all debris upon completion of the job. I truly valued the experts installation recommendations, and willingness to go the distance to ensure that the job was done correctly.The main thing that I genuinely appreciate was the complete transparency that I was provided with. Chris came highly recommended by a neighbor on the NextDoor website after I advertised for an electrician to repair my dining room lights. Chris stopped by when he said he would, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, and fixed the dining room lights. The 3-way light switch was wired wrong by electricians who had initially wired the house when it was built. He is very professional, a true master electrician, with a great personality. Chris was very quick to respond to initial inquiry. I had emailed him on Sunday to see about scheduling service and was not expecting to hear back until Monday. He responded same day and was out first thing Monday morning to assess and quote. His team scheduled for Thursday to complete repairs and were out on time and completed as planned. Had a weird breaker issue on a Saturday evening. Called him up and he was at my house within 30 minutes and we live in Cibolo. Explained everything he was doing as he was diagnosing and the reasoning for it. Was thorough, very friendly, and very professional! He even changed out a switch and looked a ceiling light wiring harness to ensure everything could be done while he was here so we wouldn’t have to call him back out again. I would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician. I would use again in a heartbeat!!!

Suddenly there was no electricity to the plugs over our kitchen cabinet and the vent hood over the stove. I called Chris at Denali. He asked several diagnostic questions, listened to my dilemma; then let me know his standard fee structure. He also said he'd make every effort to take care of the problem that afternoon. Sure enough, very quickly he texted that he was on his way. He already had an idea of the problem because of the questions he had asked, and sure enough it was a tripped plug that was difficult to reset. I appreciated his attention to my description of the problem and the questions he asked to begin his diagnosis. And, of course, I appreciated his quick response and almost instant resolution to the problem. He's in my Contacts for later reference, should I need it.

We called 3 different companies. One never showed up, the second we are still waiting for the estimate and Mr. Muller was the only professional one that showed up and provided the estimate within the timeframe he said it will be done. Very responsive and organized while working and met his own deadline. Price wise we dont know it is competitive we never got other estimates but just with the service, promptness and professionalism its worth every penny.We are beyond pleased with the finished job will definetly call him back if we decide to do other projects. We also recommended it to our friends.

Everything about our experience with this company was fantastic. I got a phone call stating they way on the way and they were prompt. He found the issue very quickly and fixed in no time. He went the extra mile and checked the main breaker and found out that one breaking was so bad it could have caused a fire and fixed it immediately.
