We had to call for emergency service on our exterior breaker. I spoke with Jay who was very friendly and polite. Sal was the technician that came out. He was very friendly, professional and polite. I did have to pay a $189 emergency fee but that was to be expected. Sal had our power up and running within 10 minutes of arriving. Overall I was pleased with Mr. Sparky’s service and I would highly recommend doing business with them.
