It was truely a pleasure working with this business. Chris and his helper are no nonsense professionals who responded to every need my wife and I had in our home. Professional, competent, respectful with an unusual work ethic for todays times. I had accepted a bid from Chris to do some electrical work in my home, at the last minute I asked Chris if he could add a couple of electrical outlets to two bathrooms. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate me and completed all the work during the same appointment, most importantly, my wife is happy. I would highly recommend Denali for any electrical needs you may have and have added Chris contact information to my phone and will definitely be using Denali again as well as recommended them to friends. After spending over 36 yrs with one of the top companies in the world customer service and quality were always a given without exception! Firefly and their people show the same business attitude far beyond any expectation for todays businesses. Not only did they just do an installation for a generator but they also went beyond a normal setup and looked at several different options for the hookup saving both time and money for the consumer. You just don't see this today. So, if you need a job done right don't bother calling anyone else, CALL FIREFLY right off you'll be glad you did! Thanks guys!

Excellent and very fast service! Needed some work done to put in a power outlet and do some additional wiring for a home TV set up. June of 2022 I hired him to do some work in my house, outlets , installing of a fan and connecting my microwave and put in a few more outlets . I should of know best to hire him when he arrived over 1 hour late and then he was on his cell with his kids and wife. then he did a terrible job and made a huge hole on my new cabinets which I had to ask him tom cover-up with a larger light plate. He gave me one quote then try charge me more, the fan in the bedroom is loose and now my panel trips up and my appliances go off.to add to this he brought his under age son to work and the young man seem uninterested in working and they made a mess of things.While he was here he gave me quote on this and I called him yesterday and he was trying to charge me $1,000.00 more than the quoted price.I only called YOU BIG RED to give you the opportunity to good on your word. waste of my time at the end when you quoted me GRAND more and said things went up in two months, You have a lot of personal drama that doesn't allow you to work well. Yu also have a passive aggressive way of being. of being .PEOPLE DO NOT USE HIM AT THE END HE IS AS EXPESSIVE AS ANY OTHER ELECTRICIAN AND MAY BE THE MORE UNPROFFESSIONAL ONE.

I dealt with Mario and he was very pleasant and got right to work. He saw two problems, one of which he honestly told me it was just a connection issue and there was no need to actually repair. It saved me $50. Someone else could have charged me more by misleading me. He fixed the indoor switch and had my dryer up and running in 30 minutes.

The company was contracted by my landlord for repairs. Upon arrival I helped the technician by allowing them access to the breaker box in my apartment. I then ask what repairs would be done to my apartment and if the powers would be shut off. No information was provided. I then hear the technician cursing and calling me different obscenities. Do not recommend anyone use their services if you are expecting professional demeanor.
