I used absolute power to switch out a couple of light fixtures and I definitely recommend them! Luis and Eddy were the techs that came on site to do the job and they were great!! One of the light fixtures that we wanted replaced was in a tricky spot above the staircase, but they figured out a way to reach it and did an excellent job! They were polite, picked up after themselves, and were very careful throughout the process. They even offered to help us move some furniture while they were here as a kind favor! Reasonable prices and a job well done!

Javier was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and provided me information about everything he was doing. I am a tradesman myself (welder) and I could tell he loved his trade and was proud to put out quality work. If I ever need anything I will be calling and asking for him. Highly recommend.

Jeff was able to troubleshoot the issue and in my case resolve it within less than a hour. Service pricing was fair and service time was quick. He let me know my options and did not pressure me into any additional services which is always refreshing in todays sales based world. Happy to have my issue resolved not even 24 hours after it arose. Last but definitely not least , I scheduled my appointment with Ivy whose pleasant tone and greeting immediately put me at ease . Best experience I’ve had with any service company as a homeowner.

My first review was 5 stars-A+ service from start to finish! Needed electrical work for a hot tub. Daryl and his guys were great-very responsive and professional.Update 7/18/18-Needed am electrician when a breaker tripped and wouldn’t reset. Having been so pleased with my previous experience, I called Daryl and he quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The men arrived but I was shocked that the diagnostic fee was $256 as well as a $69 service charge. I went ahead and paid it. They spent 5 minutes and determined the breaker was being tripped by the new lightbulbs in my ceiling fan. They put the old ones back in and the breaker reset. Living on a budget, I was horrified that I had just paid $330 for 5 minutes of “work” and just replacing old bulbs. That kind of troubleshooting could have been suggested over the phone. I called Daryl to express my disappointment and the fact that I would not be using him or recommending him again. He asked what he could do to rectify the situation and make me a happy customer. I suggested refunding the diagnostic fee. He said he hadn’t yet spoken with his guys. To let him talk to them and then he would call me back. After a few minutes, Daryl called back and said his guys HAD diagnosed the problem-yada yada. I had agreed to the fees. I went outside and paid the men-because that is the kind of person I am. But in my heart, I feel it was wrong not to just make $69 for the 5 minutes and do the right.

They did a quick and reasonably priced porch light install for me. Great job and friendly.

Half the plugs and switches in my home stopped working last night. Main and120 Breaker boxes had no blown switches. Got Mr Matthews name from a friend from church. He came by house within 24 hrs and did an amazing job. Initially he thought it could be an issue with the breaker box that might have run over $1500, which I was expecting. After further troubleshooting he found the main issue to be a breaker in the main breaker box feeding the 120 breaker box was bad. Wound up getting repairs done for under $205. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am now referring to Tim Matthews as My electrician. If you are looking for an Eletrician who who can trust, Tim Matthews is your guy, he sure is mine.

These guys are great and I highly recommend them. We did a major remodel and they handled all our electric. I appreciated their professionalism and great attitude. It's nice to work with good people who enjoy what they do.
