Kevin responded to my initial request and came out immediately to work to repair a few outlets that were dead. He gave me an initial estimate and the work was accomplished within (actually below) what was quoted. He recommended a few things to watch and educated me in where some of the potential dangers are for the future, but did not try to sell me anything more than what I asked. I dealt with Mario and he was very pleasant and got right to work. He saw two problems, one of which he honestly told me it was just a connection issue and there was no need to actually repair. It saved me $50. Someone else could have charged me more by misleading me. He fixed the indoor switch and had my dryer up and running in 30 minutes.
