Can’t give enough stars for the work Daniel and his team did installing a Generac home backup generator system. He was very clear on setting expectations of what the process would look like, along with multiple touch points and reviews with CPS. Today, the CPS Inspector commented that he had never seen such a clean and professional installation! Music to my ears. I have found THE company for all of my future electrical needs!

I called to schedule a service call and originally, I was told someone would be able to go out there in two days, once I explained to Mia that it was for my grandmother who did not have electricity in her bathrooms (which she is high risk for falls due to her age 91), she was able to accommodate me and get someone out there the next day. Thank you, Mia, for having compassion for my grandmother's situation and locating a technician that would be in that area the next day. Luis, the technician did an amazing job identifying the issue and quickly resolved it for my grandmother. He also called me and explained what he observed and what he recommended our next steps be to avoid further issues. He also expressed his concerns for potential hazards regarding her almost 50-year-old home. My grandmother has called me multiple times expressing how much Luis and his partner helped her and fixed her issue quickly. Turns out it was close to dark on a Sunday and the job would have been extensive since we dug thru electrical lines with a backhoe, snapping electrical and plumbing lines. We decided not to proceed since we have a friend who is an electrician and willing to come on Monday. Hector was great, however, very professional.

I hired Solarator on 7/13/2021. They installed my Tesla charger as the picture shows. It was meant to be a temporary install until they came back. They kept saying they would come back to finish the job, but they never did and now they aren't responding to my calls, texts, or emails. It has now been over 2 months. They took my money and never finished the job. I have never had a company leave me hanging like this. DO NOT USE THEM.

Spoke with Mark this morning and told him the problems we were experiencing. Mark called when he was on the way. Inspected the outlets determined where the problems were and resolved the issue. He was very professional, friendly and the service was excellent and price very reasonable. Thank you so much!

Very helpful. Had to return a dysfunctional ceiling fan to Home Depot and they installed the fan again for free. Great company.
