Wendy was very helpful over the phone and was willing to give me an estimated quote for the work. One of two electric companies in San Antonio that are familiar with CSST and bonding gas lines. Price was well below what one other company quoted. Very happy with service.

January 2020Used to be awesome, but something changed. Had to call multiple times to schedule most recent appointment. Showed up late and unprepared for appointment, then had to reschedule. Absolute power sent a professional electrician that did a great job and I highly recommend them if you need anything electrical.

Although they were originally supposed to come on Monday, Mr. Sparky's repairman ultimately couldn't make it that day because he got stuck longer at another job than originally anticipated. The office was very good about keeping in touch with me, letting me know that he would be arriving later than originally estimated (2:00 to 5:00 timeframe), probably arriving closer to 4:00, then 5:00, then after 5:00, then not at all. While they ultimately weren't able to make it that day, they constantly kept in touch to give me the latest change in schedule. It's very common for customers to be kept in the dark (no pun intended!) about delays in service schedules, but I really appreciated that they were so good about informing me of the delays.They worked with me to reschedule for Wednesday, 11:00-2:00, and the technician, Rudy, arrived right at 11:00 and was very personable and professional. He worked to fix several things that have needed to be fixed for a long time. Everything is now working, and I'm very happy with his work and with Mr. Sparky's professionalism and top-notch communication.

I needed a fan repair and could NOT get Hunter Fans to recommend a repair company ... so strange, I tried multiple times. Anyway, I called All Star Electric and immediately talked with a person (Brooke) who was extremely helpful with a convenient repair time and identifying the replacement part so it could be a one visit repair. A technician named Bob came out who could not have been more professional and a first rate trouble shooter. The price was fair and matched the quote given despite complications that had to do with Hunter Fans and out of the control of All Star Electric. I will use them again if I can get Bob ... ask for him!! Vr

We were surprised by our kitchen light falling from the ceiling ! It was held only by the electrical wires. I found LP 3 Electric by the excellent ratings. Called and got an appointment all in less than five minutes. Had an appointment for the next hour. Service was Amazing from start to finish. We will always use this company !
