I had the smoke alarms in my house replaced by Star light Electric. They were on time, responsive and did a great job! Highly recommend!

I was swapping out a dishwasher and called Mr. Electric to check the electric set up. John from the east coast came out and advised that I have everything I need already set up. So without charging me he inspected my breaker box and told me the next couple things we should do as far as maintenance goes. Mr. Electric earned me as a customer everytime I need electric work done in the future. 10/10 would reccomend. Outstanding service.

David was very prompt and extremely helpful. He came out to my house to fix an issue with my outside breaker panel. He was able to give me several options at different price points and even gave me a DIY option that made him no money. I really appreciate someone who gives a customer every option. Had a electrician come out to install a new breaker box and connection to the city, a ground wire, stove wire replaced, and ceiling fan in multiple rooms. The ground wire is exposed through my pool area and has been criticized multiple times by other contractors. The fans he installed did not rout to a switch, but instead put the outlet on the switch. There are several other issues we are finding out a year later that they did in our attic. The breaker box is up to code and looks good, but everything else has been problems. Especially for nearly 5k in work. Will never use them again and i highly recommend getting another company to inspect the work once it is completed. Apparently you only have like 120 days to make a complaint about it to the licensing board.

The electricians that came out were polite and helpful. They were able to resolve our electrical issue quickly and seemed very knowledgeable.

Every time I have called Gabriel for help he has been quick to respond. I send texts and pictures and he is always able to help me out. He is very honest and kind and never tries to sell anything. He honestly wants to help people. It is hard to find a trustworthy business but not when it comes to my appliance break downs, Gabriel is always there to help. He has blessed our family tremendously with his generosity and understanding of our old and new appliances.

Long story short: I ALMOST got ripped off. Through the marvel of google and you tube we self-diagnosed that we needed either a new a/c capacitor or a new fan motor, or both on one of our 2 units. I called George Brazil because my mom recommended them, but they would do absolutely no price quoting over the phone.....none. They insisted someone has to come out. So a tech came out, attached a device to detect whether the parts I indicated were bad. It took 10 SECONDS to confirm new fan motor (and subsequently capacitor) are needed (so my self-diagnosis was correct). It would be a 45 minute max job. They quoted over $900 with some warranty plan.....750 - 850 with out it. I am not even sure what the real quote was because the tech went back and forth and got his specials confused. I went inside, looked up that the part costs around $100, and the additional part like $10-20 more. I asked why the 45 minute job would be that much money. He claimed something about overhead and trucks and insurance, etc. I told him I could not justify paying that much for the repair. He then charged me $89.95 for his unreasonable quote..... how is this ok when I asked for a phone quote, not a live person? I was livid. My parents are no longer customers, and neither are any of our family members now. Oh, and I love sharing my experiences and educating others on social media so all of my friends and neighbors can learn from my mistakes, so I am spreading the word far and wide.I then called a friend to tell them about it. Got the name of their a/c person. It was a $340 job that he completed in 30 minutes.I will never EVER even CONSIDER wasting my time with these large companies again. If I have to pay that much for every single repair on everything, I will no longer be able to afford to live in a house....plain and simple. I feel like I was robbed of MY time and $90 by George Brazil. And it could have been much worse.

My electrical box started sparking and making gnarly noises. I called an electrician, and he gave me easy instructions to prevent my house from burning until he arrived. He fixed everything and replaced the needed parts, for which I was grateful I found them.

Over priced and rude.

Very professional, timely, reliable, personable and affordable. They showed up to the job site when they said they would and knocked it out. Very pleased with this company and will recommend them to anyone looking to get electrical work done.

Jose did a great job! He worked quick and was very clean. He did a lot of electrical upgrades on our house over two days. He got the estimate over the day of the initial consult and we were scheduled for work being completed within the week! We hadn’t received our last light fixture when he was doing the majority of the work so we agreed he would come back at a later date to install. When the fixture arrived and we reached out, Jose came the same day! It was amazing! We will definitely be keeping his contact for any future jobs!

Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

The technician did a great job! He called and said he could come to my house early if I was at home. Which he did. He finished all the work and explained what the problem was and the price was fair. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. This was my first time with Cricket Residential Electricians and will use them again.
