Troy and his team went above and beyond repairing some existing electrical problems in our new home. They took their time and fixed the many quirks our home came with while explaining everything they found. The updated system they installed discovered a faulty wire later that day and Troy came back without hesitation to repair the issue. Troy is friendly, communicative and responded to our concerns quickly. We absolutely recommend Inline and will be using them for future services!!!

Troy went above and beyond. First he set up a time that worked for me. I had to reschedule and he was VERY flexible. Then when we finally nailed it down for what I needed, he showed upmost professionalism getting me set up with my needs. Also he is super friendly which is a huge plus for me. If you are ever unsure about who to help you with any electric needs, i guarantee Troy will set you up on your timetable and you will be satisfied. 10/10 would recommend all day any day

Troy was very quick to respond and showed up to our house almost immediately. Our pool panel caught on fire. Troy came over and gave honest and fair advice before earning our business. Telling us what we should do and look out for before we even agreed to work with him. He completed the job quickly and gave us pictures with proof of everything he did. Contacted Troy to schedule a time for an estimate. He missed the first appointment, after texting him he claims there was an emergency. I was OK with this, and we agreed to set another day/time for an estimate. He gave me a 2 hour window for arrival, and after those 2 hours were past i texted him. Received no response from him at that point and have not heard from him since. Very disappointing and frustrating when you wait around 2 days in a row, and reschedule other plans to accommodate and he does not make his appointment, nor offer even a response. ****Would not recommend anyone else waste their time using him.****

Troy was talented, professional and friendly. We managed to tackle a few projects at once and he explained everything along the way. Will definitely hire him and his team again for any future electrical projects.

This was my first experience with IEF and if Troy is any indication of the character and the ability of those working for this company, they must be successful. It was supposed to be a small and relatively short home project. Unfortunately, it turned out to be 6 hrs and multiple trips to the store. That was just the first day. Todd was determined not to leave the project unfinished but due to faulty lighting and junction boxes and excessive stucco, he ran out of daylight. He was back the next day and the project was completed. The exterior lights look great. He also installed a motion detector that was not part of the quote. And he did all this at no extra cost to me. He has a customer for life and I will refer IEF to anyone needing electrical services.

Thanks to Inline/Arc-On Electric, the site of our church ministry is retrofitted with ballast-bypass LED technology, and our A/C system has been upgraded with smart thermostats. The upgrades have reduced our electric bill as well as our lighting maintenance costs. We are very satisfied with the quality products and services. This company is a not someone you want to do business. I would strongly advise on looking for another company. Follow up is poor as a matter of fact I am still waiting for a call back from the owner who personally said he would resolve the issue and call me the next day (that still has not happened). When they showed up complete the work they were a few hours late and had the wrong lighting color. I sent them away and quickly went with one of my other bids. It was a little more but the service I have been receiving has been super.
