Gabriel showed up on time and ready to look into the issue. When I initially called, he gave me a general idea of the cost based off of what I told him. There was a lot of ruckus at my home when he arrived, but he stayed professional and very patient! He is very informative and so personable. I will not be calling anyone else for my electrical needs! Thank you Gabriel!!

Greg was professional, efficient and listened to my concerns! He provided me with the best solution to my problem and answered all of my questions. Some of their guys were great but I had one that I'm pretty sure was on some type of amphetamine and I had another guy come in just to do the standard HVAC maintenance but he Left a pool of water on my floor at each of my AC intake vents and left his booties at my door. Every time they were here they tried to sell me on something I didn't need and even with the discount they were overpriced compared to the other companies that came and gave me offers

Installed new A/C. Air handler and furnace.

New homeowner, hired fixer to get someone out to help fix our door threshold, which was very leaky. It looks great and has sealed the door entirely from leaking air out.

I have been using Parker and Sons for my HVAC preventative maintenance through their monthly plan (which I recommend), and they have kept a slightly older system running smoothly for over 3 years now. Recently, during his inspection, one of their techs was doing a VERY thorough job and noticed a couple of issues including a fan motor that leaking oil and wasn't likely to last too much longer. I had a look myself and it was old and rusty as heck, so I was glad he caught it before it brought the whole system down (and cost me a LOT more money).Throughout the entire process (and each time they have serviced my HVAC), they were timely, professional, friendly and really good about communication. If you book with them, ask for Daniel Tyus. After he took care of me last time (described above), I am asking for him from now on!

Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

I accidentally broke the copper pipe to my spout trying to fix I called Jesse he gave me a great price and did a good job he really knows his stuff

These guys are great. It's rare to find a handyman who is creative enough to solve difficult, small tasks as well as skilled enough to handle the big ones. They are always responsive, flexible when they need to be and most importantly, they always get the job done. I can't recommend them enough!

Bad company to work for

This contractor did an outstanding job on my house and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended. They work with integrity. Will use in the near future.

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I tried to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!

I did not go in. My son and his 2 friends did. Am told they had a good time. I found it to be too expensive. One of the 3 I drove to the Game On event on Aug 11 had lost his 3 day pass and was made to pay another $49 for a Sunday. I believe his money should be returned as he can prove through his bank and friends that he paid for 3 days in advance of the event.
