Had a great experience with OE. Oz showed up on time for the estimate, and was great about communication as we talked through his estimate and calendaring. The guys that showed up to do the work - Tony and Fernando - were very friendly and obviously knowledgeable. They showed up on time, and completed a laundry list of items for me. Should also mention that I got estimates from 4 electricians before choosing Oz to do my work. Will use OE in the future.

Edit - since the work was done, I had a few follow-up items pop up. Oz was very responsive to each. Thank you, Oz!

By far the best experience I've had with any home service provider. From scheduling to service, the team that worked with me was excellent, friendly, and professional. Not only did I receive reminder calls, I also received a text message the morning of my appointment with an introduction to my technician Corey and a summary of experience. Corey was timely, friendly, and expedient. Another bonus was that Mr. Electric gives a two-hour window, not like most companies that give a four-hour window and often show up toward the end of that window. Corey called to let me know he was on his way, was prompt (early in that window!), answered questions, and kept me up to date on his progress. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and Corey for any electrical needs (especially for an older, historic home).

We were having issues with our backup solar and generator systems. Over time and different phases of installation and various service people, things had gotten pretty complicated and the systems were not functioning well together. It was a rather challenging mess in ways. But the two young gentlemen who came were very patient, and very professional. They took their time in going through it and figuring it all out with us, and they got it sorted. Then they were very patient in taking the time to explain it all to us, and with all our many questions. We really were very happy with the service we received!

I called them because my GFI in the kitchen blew, I thought I could replace it myself, but it didn't work. He came out and told me that I had my wires crossed. He charged me nothing for the inspection, but offered to fix it for me. Very courteous and professional. Will use again and recommend to anyone who needs electrical help.

I had Phoenix Electricians out to my house on a Saturday. Joe showed up ready to work. I showed him the problem I was having with my fuse (a short of some kind kept breaking the circuit--it would not reset). He diagnosed the issue and narrowed it down to the ceiling fan in my living room.

He took care of business as well as answering a few additional questions I had.

Unfortunately, the very next day, the same fuse popped again. I went to the breaker and reset it, and it DID reset and has been working fine the last 36 hours. I plan to speak to the company about the issue and see what they will do. Based on their reputation, I predict they will take care of business with no fuss, at which point, I will change this review to 5 stars.

My panel was buzzing in the middle of the night, Jerry from Coppertown came and took care of it. They were very prompt in answering my call, sending someone out and fixing the problem. I highly recommend Coppertown electric.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Mikey and his team did a great job wiring and installing two light fixtures. Would recommend for any electrical job big or small.
