Had service done today by Robert V., the technician was punctual, professional, and efficient; everything I was expecting after discovering this company on Yelp. Pricing was to be expected as electrical work is insured/warranted and I am confident that our new ceiling fan and dimmer will be good for life. It is nice to find a company like this as I now have someone to call in this field for all service needs - which I definitely have a honey-do-list in that regard. Thank you again, Robert.

We met Tommy the last day of 2019 to fix an outlet, through the recommendation of friends. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind that we kept his name. We called him again for two problems: a circuit breaker and a kitchen lamp. Tommy sent Alex, who was punctual, presentable, professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the lamp and found the circuit breaker had power and was ok for the time being. We were so impressed with his demeanor that we requested an estimate for the update of all outlets, lamp, and fan connections in the house and an estimate to put in a new circuit breaker. We look forward to working with Alex on these two projects, as we give him a 10 out of 10 score for excellency. Thanks to Alex and to Tommy for an impressive business.

Convenient, easy online scheduling and excellent service! Albert Rehm is adept at electrical wiring and very thorough. He patiently explained everything in detail and provided several budget-minded quotes. I never felt pressured or obligated due to his informative demeanor. For electrical needs, I definitely recommend using Mr Electric and requesting Albert as your service technician.

We had 3 parking lot lights that were out at our business. They are about 15ft tall, which we told them prior, and when they came out they said they had to go rent a ladder, and it would be $825 to fix. Turns out, all 3 bulbs came unscrewed from wind, so I paid $825 to screw in 3 bulbs. We are a corporation so I asked for an invoice so that my accounting dept could pay the invoice, and they called me 3 times in 24 hours demanding payment. I have never worked with a vendor that wasn't net 10 or net 30. The technician that came out was nice but the person in the office was rather rude and unhelpful.

AZ Electrical Solutions has been my one stop electrical company for many years. I recommend them to all my family and friends. You will not be disappointed. The customer service is outstanding and the workmanship is top notch. Highly recommend!!!!

An estimate for fixture installation as well. Alex and Juan were friendly, patient and informative in assessing our needs.They removed the old fixtures and installed them quickly and efficiently. I called on a Sunday morning at 6:30 am. They were out by 7:30 am. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed within five minutes and charged me half price. Very prompt, nice and reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

Having lived in the Phoenix area almost 40 years, we have had several major companies in the valley perform work in our home. None can compare to Phoenix Contracting Services. Jeff upgraded our electrical panel and corrected substandard work performed by another company. After explaining what all would be involved, everything proceeded as planned. His crew showed up on time, took COVID precautions, were very courteous, and got to work immediately. Jeff worked with his crew to completion, making sure all our electrical concerns were addressed and corrected. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our electrical panel has been upgraded, electrical problems corrected, and we will only be calling Phoenix Contracting Services in the future for any electrical or air conditioning needs. Barone Electric did an outstanding job at our house. They ran a 220 line for our hot tub and re-ran the proper electric and supports for ceiling fans on our patio. They showed up on time and did everything promised and then some. Not only will I be using them again, I was sure to get extra cards from Mike so I can pass them out to my pool table customers who need light installs. Thank you for the great service.

Excellent service for small business owners and tenet improvements.

15 minutes after the scheduled 12-2 pm appointment window, I called to see if they were still going to show up. They said the tech was running behind and would have to reschedule for 3-6 pm. I said that time wouldn't work because we would be having guests over for dinner during that time. I wanted to reschedule for a week later but they were all booked up. At that point I just cancelled the service request. Very disappointed with Tap and Son's. No e-mail or phone call to confirm the appointment, no phone call to say they were running late and very inflexible to get me rescheduled. Booo!

Gabe and Bobby took VERY good care of my mom's water heater. So glad I can depend on them long distance to help her out.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

I wish I could write a review on the work they did for me, but they never showed up or called to explain why they didn't show up.
