We had the pleasure of working with Maurice & Stephen from Simple Electric recently when we initiated several electrical projects at our new home in Phoenix. This included moving ceiling fans, installing lights in the attic, adding plugs outside and in the garage and installing carriage lights on the front of our home. We were so pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness. I’m not certain we’ve ever had a tidier duo of tradesmen in our home. John was great. It was clear that he was knowledgeable and had even diagnosed the problem before arriving. He was able to squeeze us in between some other jobs so we didn't have to wait. He explained everything to us and was even good with the kids. Would recommend.

I did a kitchen remodel that needed a lot of electrical moved and redone. I also wanted to add lighting yo the new space. Brian immediately made me feel comfortable and he made everything easy to understand. He had 2 crews come in to get the job done in one day and the guys were fast and efficient but most of all friendly. They cleaned everything spotless before they left. AJ did an outstanding job, was on time, pricing for the work was great, he laid plastic down in the house as not make a mess. And as our office conversion was a work in progress he also helped suggest some great ideas for where to put accent lighting and how we can set certain things up to ultimately have a great office. I have plans to hire him again for some additional work on our house. I highly recommend using Wahlborg Electric!!!

Coltech Electrical Services are the best!! I've used them on two separate occasions. Both times, they showed up on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They also made it a point to clean up the area the work was completed. The prices are fair and they are extremely courteous. I will continue to use them for all my electrical needs.

On the surface, Matt is friendly and prompt with his response and quote. The price was good and the work on the panel was approved by the city. The following is a list of where Apollo falls short; first appointment cancelled due to worker illness, ceiling drywall damaged when running accessory building line to rear of house (was fixed, however), line to rear of house was misplaced (went to middle of house instead of rear as shown on the architect drawings), started to make it my problem then became clearly irritated when I pressed for correction, since the worker that ran the line to rear was on the heavier side, even the owner himself mentioned concern with him crawling up in the ceiling to bring the line to the proper place. When I asked the owner to do it himself to avoid more mishap...he declined and sent out the same worker. Owner did not call or show up for the repair on the day he said he would, when they did make the switch/correction they left a hole in my house for a few days until we had to followed up. It was clear the owner wasn't interested in speaking with me, so we had to message the employee directly. The hole was repaired but not properly sealed, also the worker stood on the supplied paint bucket (instead of a ladder) and broke bucket and paint spilled for us to clean up. Matt, the owner, failed to follow up with me on my request for more work on detached backyard accessory building as mentioned from the beginning with supplied architect plans. It was clear Matt was irritated with me (the customer) when I was the one dealing with all of the misfortunes. Things happen, but the poor attitude and lack of communication were disappointing. I spent over $4,500 with Apollo and would have spent at least that much for the next project, but apparently they lost interest in our business. Now I need to find another electrician to complete our needs. Had I known this was the method for handling issues and outcome, I would not have used this company.
