Great service! Pedro was the name of our technician. We were experiencing some odd power surges in our building. Contacted APS and they said it was our issue inside the building. We called TIO, Pedro came out and within about 15 minutes he had diagnosed the issue as being on the APS side. APS came out and it turns our the area needed and entire transformer replacement. Thank you Pedro and TIO.

John is very attentive and precise in his work. He is prompt and went out of his way to get parts I had not to purchased for this job. He removed, rewired and hung 2 outdoor chandeliers and a large ceiling fan.

I called Wiring Pros and they were able to send out an electrician within a day. The appointment time was for noon. They texted 30 minutes before to say they were on the way. Very professional great company

We used Matt from Apollo Electric almost a year ago with wonderful results wiring in some 240 receptacles. We have a small warehouse and we were using them for CNCs and Power tools. I called him today because I was hoping he could make it in to help set up a higher amp breaker, he remembered who we were but sadly was busy for the day. I picked his braid for a few minutes and figured out how to do it on my own! So much great help from him with his initial installation as well as a follow up call almost a year later.
