Phoenix's Wise Owl Electricians are fantastic! On a Saturday, Colin answered the following day when a tree fell and severed my power line from my electric box. He was competent, and trustworthy and finished the repair in two hours, which is IMPOSSIBLE! My husband and I recently bought a house that needed some work. Some of the problems were with the electric box and the GFCI outlets. We called Mike to come out and fix the problems in the electric box. I am so glad we did. Not only did Mike get to our house in Apache Junction quickly, but he fixed the problem in the electric box in 15 minutes. Since he was there he took a look at the GFCI outlets as well. It turned out that the outlets weren't bad like we thought and had just been wired incorrectly. Mike quickly rewired all of the outlets and they all work perfectly now. Mike is not only very reasonably priced, but he is also very ethical. He could have replaced the GFCI's saying they were bad and charged us more and we wouldn't have known any different. If we have any more electrical problems we will definitely be calling Mike again.

I had a breaker go out on a chilly Friday night, leaving my family without heat. Darrel was here within half an hour and the problem fixed within 5 minutes. I'd call him again for any future meds. Highly recommended.

This company is FAST and super friendly. I felt they were honest with their quotes and pricing. I would gladly do service with them again!

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I tried to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

They worked with our budget and schedule. Always courteous and professional. Quality work and they aren't change order happy despite our other contractors adding work for them. Would rehire anytime

Ralph Varela has excellent. Called 30 minutes in advance, was courteous and polite. He advised us what was wrong, gave us the quote & started working on the A/C. Took his time, completed the job, checked our brakes & set the thermostat. I would highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone. Will definitely use them again.

Joel is awesome. He and his crew have done a couple jobs on our home and the work is clean, price is fair, and he’s just a nice guy to talk to and deal with. Give Arrowhead a call you won’t be disappointed

Mike showed up on time & proved that his company name is fitting as it took him 2 days to thoroughly go through ALL of the plugs, wiring, etc. in the affected area (1/3 of our house) and found the problem and rewired where he had to & we've had absolutely no problems since then. Very impressive as this was not an easy problem to deal with as the house is 32 years old. I highly recommend his services for all electrical needs & will certainly use him again.

If there was a zero star this company would get it. We hired Rick to do the electrical on a remodel. He said him and his son would be performing the work themselves. Ricks initial quote for the job doubled once he began the project. Rick hired the work out. We failed the inspection because his guy buried live wires in the wall, left live wires buried in the ceiling and did a very poor job. Magnum Electric is a scam. He shouldn't be in business. Beware. He is a good salesman but will leave the job incomplete with the homeowner scrambling to fix his mess.
