Best New Install in Phoenix AZ

Damen and his team replaced the electrical panel along with other various bits and pieces on my house and I'm incredibly happy with the work that was done. Before finding thunderbird electric I shopped around for prices and was quoted around 7-10K from various places like hobaica and mister sparky etc, he was able to beat that price. Damen (the owner) got back to me quick and answered any questions that I had. I will be recommending thunderbird electric to all my friends and family if they need any electrical work.

Alex from Barone Electric came out 45 minutes after i called them. He found the reason my bathroom light-switch was shocking my kids and fixed it within an hour. He cleaned up his mess, was respectful while walking me through the problem and made sure i was 100% satisfied before he left. I will use Barone electric whenever I need an electrician.

Mike did a great job troubleshooting my electrical issues and fixing the problem quickly.

Completed initial work. No follow up for quotes on other requested work, including cancelled and missed appointments with no communication. Wholly disappointed.

I called to ask to look at our breaker, but he could not get to my house by the time I needed it fixed so I had to call someone else. He then got mad and hung up on me. The electrician that did come out found a huge issue with my electrical wiring and it looks like we are going to have to rewire the house, so I let them go and told them to give a bid. I then called Apollo back to ask for if he could submit a bid but he cut me off before I could say anything and told me I'd have to call someone faster, then he just hung up on me.

Knowledgeable, quick, and efficient with his work. He was able to fix multiple issues in such a Short amount of time, provided some photos and explained everything. Thank goodness we had him come over as there were high risks of a fire starting. You can tell this is an honest man, and the whole process felt effortless. Great rates as well! We won’t be using anyone else moving forward, thank you so much!

I purchased 3 ceiling fans from Fan Doctor and had them installed on Thursday, June 16th. Travis arrived and he had a terrible mold odor on him. I confronted him and he said that he had an issue with his truck but thought it was resolved. I had to spray room deodorizer the entire 3 hours he was here. I thought after he left the odor would leave with him. I came home from work and it smelled of mold in my house. I ended up mopping the entire floor with Clorox. I returned from work and it still smelled of mold. I mopped the floor again. I was deahly sick the entire night. I almost could not go to work on Friday. I came home at 9am and mopped the floors 2 more times. I came back at 2pm and disinfected the 3new fans. Then I open all day of my windows, kept the air conditioning on and kept the fan on. I left without being able to set my security alarm. It will be off until 9pm. I returned at 5pm and the mold smell was still there. The windows are still open with the alarm off.
I called and spoke to Yvette and told her my issue. She never returned my call. I was hoping Travis, Brian or Yvette would have offered help and compensation for all your of my efforts. No return calls and they are closed until Monday. I am very dissatisfied. I will notify the BBB and any other organization that can help resolve this issue.

Clarence and Jacki were wonderful in setting up an appointment, and actually were able to come out earlier than our original appt. date. Clarence helped me with an alternative idea to provide electricity to my new Grill and also saved me about 1/2 the cost, as I did a little work myself! I really appreciated his knowledge, assessment of the situation and suggestion to do a little on my own, and save a lot! They will be my go to for any and all electrical needs, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing honest, thorough and first class service! I'm glad there are people like this around!

Castle Electric was great to work with from start to finish! They guided me through every step of the project and the work was completed exactly as promised.

My husband and I recently bought a house that needed some work. Some of the problems were with the electric box and the GFCI outlets. We called Mike to come out and fix the problems in the electric box. I am so glad we did. Not only did Mike get to our house in Apache Junction quickly, but he fixed the problem in the electric box in 15 minutes. Since he was there he took a look at the GFCI outlets as well. It turned out that the outlets weren't bad like we thought and had just been wired incorrectly. Mike quickly rewired all of the outlets and they all work perfectly now. Mike is not only very reasonably priced, but he is also very ethical. He could have replaced the GFCI's saying they were bad and charged us more and we wouldn't have known any different. If we have any more electrical problems we will definitely be calling Mike again.

This company is terrible. I would not recommend not to use them. I called upon them tp put in a simple ceiling fan and the experience was horrible. First they put in the wrong size fan, so I had to call them to replace it and after one week they finally replaced it. After installation of the second fan I noticed that it was shaking, so again they came back out and after two hours the technician left and the fan is still shaking. So after talking to the Office Manager Nathan he scheduled an appointment with what he called a Master Technician for the following Tuesday between 9-12:00. The Technician never showed or called. This company has been a terrible experience and I would say that as consumers we do have options and when we hire someone we expect the work to be done on time and correctly and based upon my experience with this company they have proven no to do so.

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

Have worked with this Company for over 25 years at several state wide locations, never failed to complete there job.
