Tommy came to upgrade and restore power very late on a Friday evening. On one of the hottest summer days, we lost power to the AC and major appliances. Tommy worked tirelessly to upgrade and restore our power, together with SRP. We were very happy with the quality and service and then he left to continue his service calls into the late evening - very reliable.

I saw their van in my neighborhood and I called their number. They came right over and diagnosed the problem. It was a Saturday late afternoon, they finished up the job they were on and came to fix my job which turned out to be bigger than we thought and they stayed late. Very professional. Took care of the issue.
We have since had them in to do a number of other light replacements and repairs on our chandeliers. They are amazing!
I will recommend them to anyone I know. My old house has had so many electrical issues, and it’s nice to have found a company that I can trust to fix it, and do it with great service and a great price.

The circuit breaker for my water heater kept tripping. First electric company told me the circuit breaker was fine and to call a plumber. The plumber told me the water heater was good. Got the name of Mr. Electric and they came out. Electric 101: Check both the amperage and for loose wires on the circuit breaker. Well the first electrician did NOT tighten the wires. Tom checked everything and explained and showed me everything as he worked through the problem. He also caught a problem with the water heater that the plumber hadn't because the electricity wasn't on for the water heater. Tom was knowledgeable, thorough, polite and kept me informed about what he was doing and finding. I will call Me. Electric if I ever need help again.

Had a thermostat exchange already pre purchased new thermostat, come to find out a fuse blew in the AC fan in the attic. ELECTRICIAN didn’t carry any fuses. $350 to change out thermostat and check electrical flow to and from AC and thermostat. He could’ve told me the issue and while exchanging thermostat I could’ve went to get fuse. But instead told me to have AC repair come and change fuse. Nice guy but wow.

It's Saturday afternoon, December 23rd. Work that a Heating and Air Conditioner repairman was doing, blew our entire electrical system. We imagined a holiday weekend in the dark. Barone electrical is an excellent company employees are very professional very knowledgeable and friendly I use them as often as I can they have done a lot of electrical work on my house and also on a few of my rentals it's hard getting somebody to come up to Black Canyon City and work, but they have no problems I would highly recommend this company for any and all electrical needs you won't regret it

Fantastic customer service, quality work, and a fair price.

They send two men to do a one man job and charged me $400 labor for a job that took less than an hour. Unless you are independently wealthy, find another plumber. They didn't even have to find the leak. I had all the pipes exposed and ready for new sweated fittings when they arrived.

I highly recommend Tap and Sons Electric. They sent an email to confirm the appointment the day prior, that even included a picture and information about the technician that would be coming out to our home. As a woman, it was nice to know who to expect at the appointment. They were on time, called on their way over and were very professional and honest. They installed a chandelier in the nursery, hung ceiling fans and added dimmer switches throughout our home. Everything looks fantastic!

I have a new house and I called the emergency line because my electricity is not working at my house. Victor, the nighttime emergency line phone operator of some sort, basically told me to fix it myself because I was such a great electrician.
