I had a short circuit in the line to my outdoor kitchen and boat dock. Dennis had a brief schedule opening and arrived earlier than expected. He quickly completed troubleshooting and determined the problem was a circuit breaker that needed some extra pushes to reset. He then load tested the circuit and the problem was solved. I will continue to use Phoenix Electricians Today for all my service needs.

I hired Econolight to perform the electrical on a whole house remodel. Brian worked closely with me to develop the scope of work. Econolight arrived on the day scheduled with a crew of five to complete the entire rough in work in one day. On arrival, Jay worked with each team member to develop an organized work plan. The crew worked effectively and professionally. They were polite and pleasant. Econolight arrived in fully stocked vans with most materials required for the project. Their scope of work included new circuits to bring kitchen and baths to code, recessed lighting throughout, relocation of outlets as required, improved switching, and ceiling fans in most rooms. At the end of the work they fully cleaned up all work areas. When the time came for trim out they again were on schedule and prepared to complete the project. The Econolight team were respectful of painted and finnished surfaces to protect them from damage. They verified all circuitry and proper operation of all components.

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! A+ for professionalism, quality of work, and pricing. Alex installed new garage lighting in two of my properties. He showed up on time, prepared with all necessary parts and tools, and did not upcharge for unforeseen obstacles (in my case, structural beam across garage). He even helped me identify circuits and label the breakers in the main panel. I highly recommend Alex.

Garrett was great! He came out and diagnoised the problem after I had three other electricians out who insisted nothing was wrong. They were quick, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend them.

PREPARE TO MASSIVELY OVERPAY!!Broken P Trap (pipe) below my kitchen sink. Called George Brazil, who sent a technician named Austin to my home. Austin presented us with a quote of $1,700.00 to replace a broken P Trap (you don’t need a plumbing background to know you’re being taken advantage of with an estimate this high). I asked for the split between Materials and Labor as well as the time it would take Austin to fix. Austin said the parts are $80.00 (!!!!), the rest was labor, and it would take 3 hours to fix. Needless to say, I was shocked George Brazil would attempt to charge a customer over $500.00 per hour (!!!!) in labor to fix an easy-to-access (literally under the kitchen sink) broken pipe. I was so upset I escalated this to the Vice President named Josh to provide customer feedback and he seemed to be unphased when I walked him through my experience. Josh’s response was “…so all you care about is the price, not who’s doing the work?” Josh, you and your team should be embarrassed to charge a customer like this—ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAD ANOTHER 4.8 STAR PLUMBER REPLACE THE P TRAP THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR $140.00!! A+ job and problem solved. Your team may be good, but it's not 10x better to justify your labor charges. I will never, ever call your company again. It’s amazing how one bad experience combined with a leader (that's you, Josh) who is completely unempathetic to the feedback provided by a customer can lead to a total loss of trust and credibility. Customers, please don’t be taken advantage of by this organization. There are plenty of skilled plumbing professionals out there who will treat you fairly and honestly. George Brazil (Josh and Austin) are not one of them.
