Good service. Tech explained issue well. I just wish my back door was not open from 8:30am to 1:30pm because now we are battling gnats! Also I wish they would have cleaned up a bit from their trash and cutting wires.

Installed 2 new dedicated basement outlets, new bedroom outlet and changed dimmer switch to toggle switch. Very pleased with his manner and his work. Mr. Filippone came recommended by a family friend who said they did good work. I was not disappointed. My elderly parents needed a new dedicated line for their washer and dryer and I hoped to have their electrical system looked over because I knew it was outdated. Mr. Filippone sent out a member from his team and conducted a thorough examination of the issue and the electrical panel. We ended up getting the dedicated line, an upgraded electrical panel and a few additional outlets in the house. His estimate for the scope of work was really reasonable and Al answered all my questions and explained what was needed throughout the entire process. His crew was always courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The best part is that it also did not take a long time to complete. My parents and I were really pleased with the work and I could breathe a sigh of relief knowing that my parents home was functioning with a safer electrical system. Al also followed up with me regularly to check on the quality of the work and I plan on using his services again for a few more projects in my parents' home. I would definitely recommend them.

Well it's an old house and there were several things that needed to be done to get up to code. Derek and his team did a great job at a reasonable price and were on time. The electrician, Al, installed my ceiling fan and remote in a most courteous and professional manner. I had trouble with a delay of the delivery of the new fan which affected our scheduled date of installation, but he stayed in contact with me and then came out as soon as it was delivered. Very conscientious and thorough in his work, and he took the time to explain how to use the remote and made sure everything worked correctly.
