Al is an absolute asset to the community. I am a DIYer and found myself confused on an install I was working on. I reached out to Campbell Electric Service and within three hours of my call, Al was at my door. I explained the issue I was experiencing and what I previously did. We discussed his terms and immediately got to work. Al worked WITH me and taught me diagnostics steps that I can do. He used his experience and knowledge to guide me in the right direction. Within an hour and a half, we sorted my issues and I was back on track. Al also saved me another trip to the hardware store, by having the necessary items to complete the job. I am very thankful for his patience with me and calm demeanor. This man is a professional who knows what he is doing and it shows. I will not hesitate to call him when I run into issues in the future. I highly recommend Al and Campbell Electric Service for any electrical job you have.

The electrician, Al, installed my ceiling fan and remote in a most courteous and professional manner. I had trouble with a delay of the delivery of the new fan which affected our scheduled date of installation, but he stayed in contact with me and then came out as soon as it was delivered. Very conscientious and thorough in his work, and he took the time to explain how to use the remote and made sure everything worked correctly. I would highly recommend him, and would contact him again for any other electrical work

Service was timely and excellent. I called for a same day repair of a GFI outlet. Campbell was there in 30 minutes as promised,with a fair fee he estimated before coming out. Highly recommend this company.

They were at my house within an hour and installed an appliance outlet for a new electric stove in no time flat. They were courteous, clean, professional and super reasonably priced. Provided recommendations that were cost effective in repair and/or replacement options. Very happy and satisfied with the service which included doorbell repair and new ceiling fan installation. Great service and highly recommended. I'm new to the neighborhood and needed help installing a Nest Hello doorbell that was replacing an AIPhone intercom. I filled out a contact form online my problem was solved the same day with a one-hour service call.

I called and Al was able to come the next day. He was prompt, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. He helped us think through what we needed done on our new house and what we could hold off on. We are very happy with the work and the price came in lower than expected. We won’t be looking anywhere else for our electrical needs.

Campbell Electric showed up on time was very professional and walked me thru the entire process of the electrical work needed to be done. I do not know a lot of electric and was comfortable in them walking thru the process and helping me get my HVAC system and dryer up and running. I recommend you support them and now they are my Contractors of choice for all my electrical needs.

Al was great. He helped identify the issue connecting my new tv to an existing wall mount, then he fixed my ceiling fan and replaced the plug in my guest room. Terrific job! I highly recommend him.

I needed an electrician because my light fixture fell from my ceiling leaving live wires exposed. I searched the Internet and found Campbell’s Electric Service. I called the number and explained my situation to Mr Campbell. He gave me an estimate which sounded reasonable to me. We scheduled a time for him to come to my home which was the next day. He was on time and did the repair in less than 45 mins. The quality is excellent and he was extremely professional. I will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone who needs electrical work done. I’m extremely pleased!

I think that the work is good, but he’s WILDLY EXPENSIVE! $185 per hour was quoted for a two hour job that turned into 3+ hours and $700!!! I just had two ceiling fans installed, but I regret how much I paid. The way I look at it, if that one guy is working 8 hours per day and working 5 days, he’s making $384,000 per year to hang fans. So after a few weeks…when the fans and lights went goofy on me, I called them to come & fix the problem. After 20 annoying text messages, they decided that they will not guarantee their work. They didn’t like my review, so they gave me a very hard time and I basically told them to go f&%# themselves. They claim I’m slandering them by sharing this review. Well, your work and your customer service will get the reviews it deserves. One final thing: what kind of electrician installs fans, charges a fortune and then tells you to “only use the switch, don’t use the remotes…it’ll mess it up?” That’s an electrician that does shoddy work and then refuses to stand by his work. You get what you give in this world. You gave me brand new, unusable ceiling fans and I’m giving you the review that you deserve.

I wish I could agree with the other reviews. I'm a homeowner that does a lot of upgrades so I've had my fair share of contractors...some not so good experiences. I was excited to see the great reviews about this company so I reached out. The gentleman first stated that he didn't want to come out for an estimate and waste his time due to the pandemic and the War. I ignored that.He then was very rude and Basically annoyed that I was asking him basic questions, such as the number he can be reached. I'm so disgusted that it's hard to get good customer service today. Especially when you're spending good money. We have to do better

Highly, highly recommend Campbell Electric. Wade is awesome. Scheduling was easy, he arrived on time, and diagnosed the problems quickly. Wade was able to correct our problems in a single visit and provided advice that saved us money. His rates are reasonable, in line with other electricians, but his service is top notch. We will definitely use Campbell in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Al today! He is very professional and prompt, he even came minutes in advance (which is awesome). He called in advance to confirm the necessary supplies were present and when he began his work, he did it perfectly. He was open to suggestions/ my preferences, cleaned up behind himself and gave clear instructions on the tool. He installed a door bell system and my google nest doorbell; I would use his services in the future and you should too!

Campbell's provided excellent customer service. Communication was awesome. Every step along the way was explained in grave detail. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. No mess left behind. Extremely fair and reasonable prices.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. After Wade installed our ceiling fixtures and fans, he took the time to troubleshoot another electrical issue and consult on future work. The work looks great, communication and scheduling were easy, and the cost very fair. I will be recommending Campbell Electric!

After having someone “try” to install a ring doorbell I contacted Campbell services he came out within 20 mins , told me everything I needed and we got to it. I purchased a new living room ceiling light that I planned to install myself. I ran into some issues and called Campbell Electric who showed up in just a couple of hours. Wade installed the light for me in just 20 minutes and it looks fantastic. Will call in the future for electrical needs.

I needed an electrician to replace a recessed light in my bathroom. I like to use local business and when I saw that Campbell electric service was near me and all the great reviews, I called them. Al answered and said he could come over that day. I was astounded. Getting this quick response was, for me, as rare as a doctor making a home visit. Al was on time and ready to work. He diagnosed my problem quickly (it was the switch) and set to work. And told me the recessed light fixture didn’t need to be replaced. Al observed the COVID guidelines by wearing a mask. Very pleased with Al’s work and he left the old switch so I know it was replaced. I definitely will use Al again and you should too.

Converted a 220v socket to 110v for use with an air conditioner. The technician was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Responsive and reasonable rates.

I purchased a home recently and discovered a breaker issue in an upstairs bedroom almost immediately. Being new to the house, it was a little stressful for me. I came across Campbell Electric Service online and reached out with a couple of questions - Wade offered to come out the next day and take a look.We spoke about the problem and he was able to address it pretty quickly. It’s been a week, and everything is still working well. I plan on adding a few outlets in the house and would definitely use this company again.I get pretty busy and am not always the best at responding to my emails - so sometimes it can be hard to get in touch with me. But this past week, Wade emailed, texted and called to check in and confirm that the new breaker is working properly. I am very greatful for and impressed by the level of customer service they provide in addition to the quaility work!

I purchased a ceiling fan that had a different configuration than the one that it was replacing. The electrician was able to make the adjustments, and install the ceiling fan. The price to install two ceiling fans was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call Campbell Electric for any electrical repairs and installations!7/24/21 I needed a 4 prong outlet for my new dryer. You know I had to call Campbell Electric. The electrician came out within an hour on a Saturday afternoon! He knew exactly what to do, was fast and the price was excellent. Campbell Electric is my go-to company for all of my electrical projects.

We were having an electrical panel problem( I thought), so I called 3 electricians, 1st & 3rd never return my call, the 2nd one gave me all kinds of BS, and didn’t show up at all.I called Campbell, Al answer the call, and told me we’ll be there in 1/2 hour, sure enough Al came in 1/2 hour, went directly to the panel & told me there’s nothing g wrong with it, amp is not enough and told me to call PECO( I did & they came & fixed the problem).Thank you Campbell and 5 star to Al, very profesional, caring & funny.

I do not recommend. I had hung a fan, but had difficulty with the light kit, in perspective a crucial but fairly small part. After installing the light kit, I was told to pay $145 for the work. A light kit. I will not be sending business his way.

Al methodically checked and thoroughly searched for the cause of the short circuit in an old house with many outlets and switches. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Would definitely recommend!
