I called FMJ to address an emergency (10/5/22). I really appreciate how thorough the technician was in troubleshooting and explaining the process from diagnostic to repair. I also appreciated the direct pricing.The true value in the service was how knowledgable, professional, courteous, and CLEAN the tech was. My tenant really appreciated it, just as much as I did. If the need arises I will be contacting them again!

I’ve only had my inspection so far but I really recommend this company! A Black owned business with wonderful workers. Maliek was professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. He was able to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer in a way that made sense. He also went over my home inspection with me and found issues that the inspector didn’t. Also I was given two price points to choose from for the work I wanted. Great all around!

Seaching for Black owned services is a struggle, but worth it. Great experience. Answered website and phone promptly, readily available sameday service. Arrived on time, very polite and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. Restored outlets and other work needed. Will keep as go to.

We used this service for a wire that was outside of our home to be fixed. They did the work . But with a two week something went wrong. I had to call a 24 hour electrician to come out and help us. Apparently the electrician split the wires and caused a shortage in my panel box. Never again.
