Very professional, neat and reliable. Called for quote on grounding installation. Mason and another gentleman showed up timely and completed the work professionally and neatly. Also needed main cable box installation they returned with another gentleman and completed the work. Even the gentleman who scheduled the services in the office was pleasant, patient and very kind. I’m totally satisfied. Don’t hesitate to call them for your electrical needs!

Within 24 hours of contacted BG for an appraisal, Ben and Mason showed up, on time and quickly assessed our needs. We were emailed with a quote within 24 hours and the following day after accepting they were back to do the work on time (a little early!) And were as professional as can be. I have never dealt with a more reliable, smoothly operated company or workers before. Ben and Mason went above and beyond and pointed out other potential issues i had that weren't even Electrical related, now I finally know why my bathroom gets very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer!Will definitely use for all my future Electrical needs

Last winter my Eden Pure space heater malfunctioned. Found BG Electric online. Mason came to my house. Immediately. Showed me burned blackened outlet and melted plug.. it was a fire hazard..my house could have burnt down. Asked him to check the whole house. Turned out all outlets had to be upgraded to code. Mason showed me each problem and explained everything patiently and thoroughly, making sure I understood why the work had to be done. Also, the main circuit panel, over 30 years old, was rusted , damaged and hazardous..needed replacing. Next day Mason and Ben came, fully prepared and equipped and got the entire job done. It was expensive but well worth it because we now felt safe. Since then I used BG to replace the outside main wire to our house. Also used BG again yesterday to install security flood lights on the side and back of our house. It is rare these days to find a contractor you can trust. Mason is both competent and trustworthy. We are glad we found BG Electric and will always use them again in the future.

I was able to rely on these electricians to diagnose all of the circuit breakers inside my cabinet. They arrived on time, were transparent about the associated pricing, and treated me with respect. I really appreciated the honesty they displayed when they noticed that the breaker wasn't really defective and only needed to be tightened.

Well they were very responsive to a Google quote request, Eugene called me within the hour. They had a quote fee that was not going towards the price of the quote if it was accepted as a lot of companies do. However I accepted and i am glad i did. They showed up when they said they would and they kept me updated at all times. The job was so big that it took them 2 days. It was not until I already have accepted the quote that i was notified that payment with credit card had a 5% extra charge wish was not charged on the payment of the estimate and the same payment method was used. Mason & Ben this guys are amazing, they completed the job in a timely matter having in consideration the weather ( very cold winter) at this location. This guys were very professional and executed the job in a clean way.I strongly recommend this company.

My husband and I have had two wonderful experiences with BG Electric. Ben was so nice and we highly recommend him. We had him out twice to come out and help fix multiple electrical problems in an old house with complicated wiring. Super fast response time and always calls ahead to let you know when he will be there. Ben also took time to explain each problem which was awesome. Great service!

On July 12 the men came out to check my electric panel and charge me 55.00 dollars. I was ok with that but he said that if I wanted them to fix it, he would take 55.00 off my bill. And said he will send me a back down how much it would be to fix the panel. The he was going to send it that night. But he did not. So the next day I called him and ask him what happen I never the break down and he told me that he would email me the break down and I never got it. If he did not went the job,he should had said no I do not went the job I would have understood that but he should have never changed me if he was not going to take the job. I would understand if he took the money if I did not want the job done. I did not tell him yes; I wanted the job or noI did not want the job. I just need to figure out how I was going to pay him. If he does the right thing and give me back my money, I will let you guys know.And in the end they did right me!!Happy

The servicemen, Ben and Gino, were very courteous and respectful of my property and everything was cleaned up after the job. They had their masks on every time they needed to speak to me. The work was done quicker than originally stated and kept me informed of their progress the entire time. After weeks of looking for an electrician, BG Electric came out the very next day after I call them and did the work. We needed to replace our meter box outside along with the electrical wires attached to it. They understood what we needed to meet PECO standards and they did a phenomenal job.
