Malvin is a kind and hardworking professional! He came to my house with in 1 day of asking him for help and did an excellent job. He installed two high end light fixtures and replaced a baseboard heater in my hallway. I am also a realtor and value professionals who actually do what they say they are going to do.
Malvin with Protech Electrical Services performed a phenomenal job installing an EV charging outlet in the garage. He arrived on time, installed the outlet efficiently, explained every step of the process, and went above and beyond in assisting with mounting solutions for the EV charging cord. I reached out to Protech Electrical in need of services for electrical maintenance to make sure everything was safe in my house before I began some home renovations. Can't say enough good things about these guys. I wish every contractor was like this. Came in fixed my outlet and wiring and did it quickly and professionally in about a half hour, Ronaldo and his partner were great today.

Allied Protech on a holiday weekend and they were able to come out to fix our issues. I didn’t feel robbed for it being a holiday and they were out to our house within an hour to fix our problem. Within a few hours of contacting Protech a technician was at my house diagnosing the problem with out outlets. Malvin was professional, courteous, and explained things well. I asked if he could switch an outlet to include usb portals and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. He gave a fair price and after agreeing to it completed the work within an hour. I would definitely recommend Protech.
High marks across the board for dependability, competence, and professionalism. And, they clean up their mess. Hired them for two projects so far and will not hesitate to use them again.

Malvin came over to install our fan the same day that I inquired. He was quick, professional and cleaned up when he was finished. I later had an issue with the remote and he was able to come out again the next day to resolve it. I would definitely hire Protech electric again.
We had three light fixtures installed. Malvin was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions throughout the process. The price was very fair, too. I would definitely use Protech again in the future. I have been burned many times with different businesses I've called to do work on our house, so it was great to find a place that was responsive and reliable. The only small issue was that there seemed to be some confusion with the office on two occasions. They told me Malvin would arrive between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for the estimate, but he ended up coming around 8 a.m. Also, I wasn't called ahead of time on the day the work was scheduled. The office told me that the technician would call 30 minutes ahead of time, but Malvin said the office was supposed to have called me. Neither thing was a big deal, it just seemed like maybe there was some miscommunication happening. Anyway, the work was done well and on time which was the most important thing!

Our Pro-tech electrician helped us hided a previously raised wire (in a crooked wire-mold) that had been an eye-sore in our kitchen so that we can put a backsplash behind our counter without having to navigate around the awkward wire-mold. He also helped us replace a GFCI that we didn't realize had a burn mark on it. He was professional and explained all possible options before doing the work. He also cleaned his mess before leaving. The work is pictured here part way through the project, before he reattached the GFCI- we're all ready to install the backsplash now.

The technician was extremely helpful. He arrived on time and actually listened to all my concerns upon arrival. He focused on making the repairs I requested and then spent time with me showing me the repairs and answering all my questions. We then discussed additional work that could be address during future visits. His pricing was very fair and competitive. I am a novice real estate investor who is learning the business and trying to make sure that my property is well managed. After an inspection from the local township, I was given a list of electrical fixes. I contacted Protech on Thumbtack and they immediately responded. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I missed their calls and had to reschedule. This was completely my fault, but Protech remained very professional and understanding and they rescheduled me for another date. Even on that date I missed their technicians initial call, but they again remained professional and friendly and worked around my schedule.The technician, Dimitir, arrived on time and provided an honest, thorough and educational consultation! The service was efficient and reasonably priced. Suffice to say, they have earned me as a long term customer! Highly recommend!!!

Renaldo and Malvin were both fantastic. There was a piece of the light fixture to install that was missing and they went to Home Depot, bought it on the house to ensure the chandelier could be installed. Best customer experience I have ever had.

WoW ?I needed an electrician for non-working outlets in my kitchen. I called them at 8:00 am and they arrived by 10:15 am same day, outstanding! The electrician was excellent locating and fixing the problem. He made sure there was no mess when he was done. The electrician was knowledgeable and very polite. Contacted Protech this morning requesting to fix bad installation of outlets and light switches done by Management Company’s PAINTER! Yes, Management Company of building hired painters to paint (makes sense), but also decided to have them do electrical work which knocked out lights and outlets to 3 rooms. When the power in one full wall (Basement to Second Floor) went out, I contacted my warranty company. They sent a tech out (after taking my service fee) and the tech did NOTHING. So I was left without power for over a week.Now, how do I know the first tech did NOTHING????Well when I reached out to Protech, they contacted me and said they would be over first thing the next morning. They were on time and considerate of my home, by putting on booties before they walked in my door.next they assessed the situation and after explaining the consultation fee to me, they said they could fix the problem the same day!!And that they did, in under an hour.....!!What the first tech failed to do, Protech ensured they did, and that was find the root cause of the power failure. Turned out it was a faulty outlet. They replaced the outlet and now I have power again, and I owe it all to Protech Electrical Services!!Do not hesitate to contact them. They are quick, respectful, walk you through the process, and timely.I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues going forward.
Protech was able to arrive on site, diagnose an existing issue, install a new pool salt water system for us, and complete the job in under two hours. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I wish I could give them more stars than 5 because they were perfect. They wired my whole house replace the existing panel and installed a new ground wire which i didn't have. I got 4 estimates from other companies before I hired them, but they where buy far the most reasonable and the most reliable company. Very professional and respectful of my envairment highly recommended.

My bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working properly and my cover was broken. They came and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 35 minutes!! Installed a new fan and cover and it’s quieter than it was before it was broken!

Super responsive, on time, and efficient. The $195 diagnosis fee is a bit expensive in this case (one breaker replacement, which we didn’t know was the cause), but still 5* for responsiveness and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Malvin was incredibly helpful explaining what was being done and why it was important, he gave us advice going forward and was very friendly. Highly recommend using him for any electrical needs
Service was excellent. I had an electrical outage that no one else could seem to diagnose. These guys came in, diagnosed the issue and quickly got it taken care of. I will definitely be using again.
Very professional and efficient. They were nice to my pets and communicated well before and after their arrival. They figured out the problem with the outlet quickly and clearly explained what the problem was.

Recommend. Very quick service, reliable and good on their word. Fair prices all disclosed ahead. Liked the way the problem was solved and in the process also eliminated another electrical hazard.

Just had some electrical work done by protech electrical and was very impressed with both the finished job and malvin and his crew that did the repairs. Would highly recommend them again when you have a need for electrical work. very professionals
Malvin was friendly and efficient — he gave me the estimate and was able to start work right away, completing the job in no time (despite the dog racing around).
Completed an Amp upgrade service. They were informative and helpful throughout the process. Made sure to check and accurately note delivery of power at the box.
Showed on time, were a breeze to schedule, and completed installation of my new garbage disposal in 20 minutes. Extremely forthcoming and professional. I’ll use these guys for any electrical needs moving forward.
