Within less than 24 hours I receive a call from Andy and he came out to see what the issue was. Andy was professional and informative. He gave us an appointment for next day repairs at 9am. Ron and Alex called me before their arrival, which shows a sense of professionalism. They went right down to work. Overall great experience from the initial visit to the repairs. Now we have peace of mind because we don’t have to worry about any fires. The prices are reasonable so you won’t have to hurt your pockets. I had a great experience with Andi and his crew. I needed knob and tube removed (quickly) from a home I was trying to sell (also quickly). Andi came out right away and gave me a fair quote for the work that I requested. I had questions about scheduling that Andi answered well after normal business hours and he kept me up to date on what day and time they would arrive. It turned out that the initial work that I had said I needed done was incorrect and more was needed to complete the job. Andi was quick to supply me with a new quote. Andi and his crew were polite, respectful, fast, and left the job site clean.I had additional questions from potential the potential buyer of the home AFTER the work was completed and once again Andi was quick to respond and help in any way he could.I'm very thankful we hired EP Electric and would HIGHLY suggest them to anyone who wants quality work done. Had a flood light and outdoor outlet replaced. Old outlet stopped working a few years back and I finally got around to having it replaced. Old flood light was removed during roofing project leaving wiring exposed. Andy was able to quickly come out same day and get both installed for me. He even explained why I was having issues in the past with some of my older outdoor outlets. Very happy with the work he did and price was fair for the market average. Definitely will use EP Electric llc again In the future.

Ron and the guys were great. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and priced very reasonably. They did not attempt to oversell me on things we don’t need like other companies tried to during their estimates. I would definitely hire them for other electrical work in the future.

EP answered the call on a Thursday afternoon and had a tech come out early Friday afternoon. Everything from the customer service rep to working with the technician was great. Andi, the tech that came out, went above and beyond to fix a problem with an outlet. Along the way he even gave useful tips and instruction on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how I would do it in the future if I ever needed to, which is great to know for reference, although I think I’ll continue to let the pros (Andi) do it from here on out. Ron and Alex came to our house to install new wiring and outside outlet. They are very professional and know what their talking about with what we needed. They came to fix my electrical in my kitchen. I was having a slew of several problems with several outlets tripping all the way to the breaker. I had friend/family members come who had electrical knowledge to look at my issues before EP electric and they were unable to solve them, seemingly too complicated... Not for EP electric though! They came in and were quickly able to diagnose and fix the issue. They were in and out fast, even with having to cut open holes for new outlets (they also put in the effort to do so in the cleanest and least invasive way possible).I will absolutely be using them again!

Andi and EP Electric are terrific electric contractors. They did a fantastic and professional job in replacing the old 100amp panel by installing a new 200amp panel for my 2262 sq feet rental townhouse in East Falls. And as far as i can tell, they have all the expertise and they covered all the bases for me. I cannot be more satisfied with their work. And their price is fair and reasonable, as far as I am concerned! Andi is particularly easy to communicate. It was a total pleasure working with them. Also, Andi did a thorough inspection of the electric work done by my general contractors for my basement-finishing project. He was very meticulous in noting a few code violations. He's the exact gate keeper that I need, or every home owner needs, for critical projects. To sum, the best thing I like about Andi and EP is that they are meticulous (in covering all the bases for me), very skilled, and using no-nonsense approach! And their charges are fair and reasonable! EP is, and would be, my No.1 preferred electric contractor for any electric work, big or small, so long as they are available and interested in helping me!

EP Electric was a pleasure to do business with. Andi, the owner, is very responsive and a good communicator. Within 48 hours of my initial phone call to him, he had performed the on-site estimate and delivered a quote to me. The crew always showed up when scheduled.The technicians were friendly and did nice, clean work. They even vacuumed after they finished! I am an interior remodeling contractor and have worked with/ done business with multiple electric crews. These guys rank as one of the best (if not the best) I have worked with.They're not the cheapest, but the high level of service they provide on both fronts (the office and job-site) is well worth it. I would absolutely hire them again in my own home and on my remodeling jobs. Unfortunately, they're not currently licensed in the state I work in (NJ)

Noticed water and tripped breakers in our main circuit breaker panel. Called , call line rep was professional and asked all the right questions , follow up call from company to update on ETA was prompt. Alex came out at 10pm with excellent assessment , diagnosis , and a fair and honest work order estimate. All fees and pricing as well as itemized detail of work very clear and transparent.Alex returned next morning with his apprentice Mikey. Explained the process , worked safely in mixed weather conditions. They were both efficient , professional, friendly, safety oriented , and cleaned up afterwards. Took the time to answer any and all questions and even took time after to answer a question via text message after leaving.Would highly recommend this company. You may pay a little bit of a premium but you get a fast response even late at night , quality work, and true professionals. We will certainly sleep easier knowing what could have quickly become a dangerous situation of an electrical fire was addressed and fixed quickly and professionally .Don’t hesitate to call them anytime especially if you have a major electrical safety problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.

I bought a new house a few months ago and had many different contractors. These guys are my favorite so far! Super professional. We needed some outdoor wiring fixing up as it would turn off every time it rained. The guys came out and were very friendly and professional while checking out the problem and giving us a quote. The original date for the work had to be changed because of storms and they kept us updated and contacted us well in advance to quickly reschedule. The work was done quickly, looks good and was done with great care not to damage some fragile plants growing in the area. Would definitely use them again for any electric needs.

If you’re a woman you’ll understand this part, I did not feel like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman literally talk to me and explain everything to me and was able to restore the power in my second-floor unit. They installed a chandelier for us one day after calling them. It was a tricky install but they did a great job and were patient to adjust the height.

I was really introduced to EP Electric and was in need of service at one of the properties I manage. They were great to work with. Very professional and were able to complete the job in a quick turnaround period.

Water leaking in through the main electric line caused extensive damage to the meter box and the circuit breaker panel. Circuits were shorting intermittently and there was sparking inside the meter box, creating a very dangerous fire hazard; the incoming line, meter box and circuit panel all had to be replaced. EP Electric sent out a technician (Andy) the same day I called; he immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to schedule a two-man work order for the next morning to complete the extensive replacement. Andy returned in the morning with another technician (Ronnie), and within less than four hours, the job was complete and power was back on in time for lunch. Andy and Ronnie were both extremely professional, did excellent work, and admirably cleaned up the work areas before leaving. The price tag was understandably high due to performing such extensive emergency services on a weekend, but I would call on them again in a heartbeat; they were (possibly literally) life savers. I highly recommend their services.

I was having problems with my boiler that provides heat/hot water at home and the plumber felt it was an electrical issue. When I called EP they were able to get someone schedule quickly. Andi who arrived on Monday was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a circuit board that went bad. He was able to get the necessary parts overnighted (for a small additional fee which is expected) and came back the next day to replace the parts. Andi was very professional, friendly, explained the situation and what it would take to fix it, along with the cost.When he said he would call he did, when he said he would show up he did. Just those two service motions put EP Electric way ahead of anyone else I tried to call about this issue. I am now a huge fan of EP Electric and Andi the electrician that came onsite. I recommend them to anyone that has been frustrated with trying to find a good electrician!

I had a burnt out attic fan replaced which is located in my attic directly above my central air conditioner blower which is in a very tight difficult spot to replace. Explained things wonderfully (both when I initially called about a ceiling fan repair and it was recommended to do a replacement, and in terms of things with the installation-- weird controls, etc.) helped with even putting everything back in order. Outstanding service! I was in a middle of getting a few upgrades at my home that was needed ASAP and then come to find, there was a serious problem with my circuit breaker panel. I was extremely upset, but Alex and his partner was able to access the problem, and resolve the issue immediately for me. My family just moved to the area, and there are lots of things to be done in the house. I contacted EP Electric for an in-house estimate and they were able to send a technician over very quickly. The technician was friendly and easy to communicate with. And he sent over the quote within several hours.While we were waiting for our items one-by-one, I managed to install some of the easy things and requested for an updated quote for the downsized project. I couldn't say that the EP Electric was prompt in responding to my emails. But the technician, Andi, was very responsive over the phone. He personally insured that his office sent over an updated quote within the time frame he promised. The quote was still reasonable considering the rest of the project is far more challenging than the ones that I could finish. So we quickly agreed to proceed. The scheduling was also very smooth. Andi was able to come in this Saturday.The installation went through as expected. The most challenging part was to install a ceiling fan&light combo to our 20 ft family room. Andi and his assistant finished the whole project in a very neat way.They just left my house. And now I'm typing up this review. So you can really tell how satisfied I am. I'm glad to be able to find our go-to electrician so quickly. From our experience, EP Electric is an honest, friendly and professional business. I'd strongly recommend them to everyone in the area.

The EP electricians resolved the electrical problems I had such as: installing outlets, re-routing an electrical cable, changing the location of a switch, adding outlets to the existing switch. They did a great, professional, high quality job. Will call them again in the near future to install a ceiling light fixture.

I had Andy and his assistant drop by today after I found some puzzling wiring behind my bathroom vent fan. As it turns out the previous owner did not quite wire the fan correctly. Andy quickly identified the problem and wired the new fan correctly and adjusted the switch wiring. I found their prices and professionalism to be top notch and would recommend them to anyone.

Full panel replacement in a one year old house due to shoddy original contractor work. EP team was professional, explained things well, and completed the job on time and for a fair price. Highly recommended.

After dealing with flickering lights in my house for over a month, I called EP Electric to diagnose what might be causing the issue. Andi was able to quickly determine that my electrical panel was faulty and needed to be replaced. While it was disappointing to find out that the panel, which was only installed 3 years ago after my house was renovated and re-wired, had broken, I was very appreciative of the work EP Electric was able to perform. Andi was honest, responsive, efficient, and fully replaced the panel the following day at a reasonable price, preventing what could have been a potential electrical disaster. After an initial miscommunication and misunderstanding, I got a call from the co-owner Ryan, who introduced himself, apologized profusely for the confusion, and promised to PERSONALLY make it right and have me as a customer. I decided to accept the contrition... we set up another appointment, and Ryan (and his work partner) arrived promptly. They were clean, respectful of my home (wrapped their boots, etc), and professional without being stiff. Overall I am pleased with the result of their work... if AngiesList website wasn't currently broken I'd have liked to edit this review and add a picture. Maybe someday. Anyway now I am enjoying cooking smokey-smelly foods while the fumes vent OUTSIDE the house, instead of filling up my kitchen and house. So I recommend EP Electric for your future electrical projects... however don't bother communicating with them on AngiesList... apparently whoever is handling their AngiesList messages/chat isn't doing their job right and needs to be retrained. So call EP Electric directly, and if possible ask for RYAN... he can take care of you the way he took care of me. OK wait, that sounded way creepier than intended but you know what I meant ?

I called EP Electric to fix some electrical problems I was having in my home. I called them yesterday and Ron and Alex came out today and they arrived on time. They promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. They are very professional and very nice and explained everything that was going on. I also had a light switch that wasnt working properly that they fixed free of charge. Ive used other electricians in the past and have had horrible experiences. This was the complete opposite. I would highly recommend them.
