Let just start with GE Electrical Services saved the day......Monday 20, 2020 we were doing a small plumbing job that just consist of adding shut off vales....unknowing to us the water dripped down in the basement and got on wires that were old, rusted and exposed. It cause half of our building to go out and start an electrical spark, we thought as we smelled the burnt wires. We had to think fast and called several electrical companies and did not have any luck, mind you this was on MLK holiday at 6:30 at night. I looked on Yelp and came across GE Electrical Services and our Hero Edmond the service manager answered the phone and said he would be right over. He stated it would only take him 20 min to arrive and once he did he kicked right into action, he identified the issue and stated that there was a fire in the wall. He worked quickly to cut the power to the dangerous old, rusted and exposed wires to ensure safety. He also let us know that 3 new lines would have to be ran and that he would email us the cost and schedule us for his next appointment Wednesday 22, 2020. Edmond and his company GE Electrical Services came and got the job done very professional and friendly. The services they provided , excellent customer service and reasonable prices I would recommend them to all and will be using them for any future services. Thanks GE Electrical Services You Rock!!!

After doing an assestment of the work I need done, he explained the job and gave me a written list of all cost.The very next Saturday they arrived at my home and completed the job. The gentleman was Great ? WE didn’t have lights only in one room and no Heat ?He put lights and heat on for the night and came back the next day to complete the workHe wore a mask ? and did everything neededVery Professional!!!!! Thomas Edison Electric installed Tesla Wall Connector. They did great job installing on thick stone wall and shield wire with PBC pipe. It was nicely done.

Derek was referred to me by a friend who used him. My parents are getting ready to sell their house and needed an inspection done. Well it's an old house and there were several things that needed to be done to get up to code. Derek and his team did a great job at a reasonable price and were on time. Had one little issue (a loose wire) and he was back to fix it immediately. Definitely would recommend Derek!

There are not enough words to describe this company. Beyond professional and extremely hard workers. The owner installed 3 outdoor light fixtures and an overhead fan in the living room. Work was done promptly and they cleaned up better than I do myself! I highly recommend this company if you are in need any electric work.

I think that the work is good, but he’s WILDLY EXPENSIVE! $185 per hour was quoted for a two hour job that turned into 3+ hours and $700!!! I just had two ceiling fans installed, but I regret how much I paid. The way I look at it, if that one guy is working 8 hours per day and working 5 days, he’s making $384,000 per year to hang fans. So after a few weeks…when the fans and lights went goofy on me, I called them to come & fix the problem. After 20 annoying text messages, they decided that they will not guarantee their work. They didn’t like my review, so they gave me a very hard time and I basically told them to go f&%# themselves. They claim I’m slandering them by sharing this review. Well, your work and your customer service will get the reviews it deserves. One final thing: what kind of electrician installs fans, charges a fortune and then tells you to “only use the switch, don’t use the remotes…it’ll mess it up?” That’s an electrician that does shoddy work and then refuses to stand by his work. You get what you give in this world. You gave me brand new, unusable ceiling fans and I’m giving you the review that you deserve.

The team was great. Work was done in a timely manner. Plus the price was reasonable. I would definitely call Tony and his team for future projects.

I have never used this company before, but I called at 8 am and by 11 am everything was done - from scheduling a technician, to having him come out to my house, to him taking care of the problem, and answering all of my questions

I had the opportunity to work w/Duka & his team twice; he worked on creating a basement ventilation for my basement dryer and came on an emergency basis to fix an electrical problem. Duka responded quickly, calls to give his eta/time he will be arriving & focuses on completing his work. Duka has many clients so it’s a blessing to have his services, when I do. He is efficient, educated, clean and thorough. Without a doubt I would tell you to use his services, especially since I’ve used his services twice and will continue.

I was in need of an outlet for my new electric range, iTech was extremely responsive and was able to give an in person estimate within 24 hours. The price was extremely fair, and they sent an electrician out the next day to knock out the job.Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, and I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

Update to my original posting this morning. Today I received a call from the owner Jeff and he advised me there was an inadvertent overcharge as he thought 2 GFI/Switchs and bubblecovers were purchased and installed during the Worker's visit. He apologized and said he noticed it when he processed my payment today and reviewed the invoice. His call and response was professional and the right thing to do. He is correcting the charge error as well. Therefore, I am satisfied with the outcome and appreciate his actions.
