Brandon Electric came in to wire our home and establish service again after our house fire. Brandon Electric did clean work. This is a family ran business by father and sons. They are kind, professional and honest men. If we need an electrician again, they will be my first phone call.

They did not resolve the issue. They came three times and switched outlets, charged for them and left. The problem (lights turning off) was not solved and kept recurring. They do not have the expertise to trouble shoot or resolve the issue. Their most experienced electrician does not come to site and tries to trouble shoot over the phone. The nice people who come only know how to change outlets and charge for it.

They drove out here and cancelled because they couldn't find parking right next my house. There was parking a block away. I watched someone park 1 minute after they called me half a block up my street. All that needed to be done was to replace a couple outlets and to get a quote on some additional work for a later date. They complained to me that I scheduled them to come out when there was construction going on on an adjacent street, not even my street. As if I'm supposed to know when the city is doing construction a block up from my house.... They were extremely rude about it. This is Philly, parking is hard sometimes...

Fantastic service from Brandon Electric. Quote was a good value, crew was always on time, and everyone was friendly and made sure we knew exactly what they were doing. Their work was also very clean, minimizing holes in the drywall, and they patched everything up nicely at the end. Would highly recommend.

I have used Brandon Electric for two home projects. In 2021 they wired our finish basement for a dedicated line for a microwave and installed two outdoor plugs for a chair lift. Their work was clean, and they were able to install wires behind walls without the need for new drywall or painting. In 2022 they reattached our main power from the poll to the house that was left dangling after a recent storm. The team at Brandon Electric always calls or texts back, provides great communication, and affordable prices for spectacular work and service. Thank you!

Brandon Electric recently wired and installed two lights in our bedrooms and a new outlet. They were a friendly and professional team to work with! We are very happy with our new lights and outlet. They provided guidance as to where our new outlet should be located, which was very helpful. On top of that, they worked around painters who were at the house working all day too without a complaint. We would definitely hire them again for future projects!

The technician arrived on time and checked all outlets in the room where I had the issue, checked the wire box and solved the matter quickly. Seems as though I had need for a change in my box and the label was incorrectly--which also explained why other outlets were not working in another area of the house. The cost was more than reasonable and I will recommend the company to others easily.

From the estimate to the installation, the team at Brandon Electric were professional, courteous, and honest. I had 6 recessed lights installed and they did a fantastic job. The installers communicated effectively when there were issues and the whole job was done in about half a day. Great work by everyone involved and I would definitely recommend this family business!

Update to my original posting this morning. Today I received a call from the owner Jeff and he advised me there was an inadvertent overcharge as he thought 2 GFI/Switchs and bubblecovers were purchased and installed during the Worker's visit. He apologized and said he noticed it when he processed my payment today and reviewed the invoice. His call and response was professional and the right thing to do. He is correcting the charge error as well. Therefore, I am satisfied with the outcome and appreciate his actions.

Had to return to my house multiple times for to correct mistakes. Scratched the floors when moving furniture, and were not apologetic or took any accountability for scratching our floors. Walked off job before it was complete. To top it off, did not adhere to any of the COVID sanitation policies listed on their website.

Jeff came out to install a ceiling fan and did a fantastic job! Worked quickly and didn't cut any corners. Highly recommend!
