He was very up front with how he works and prices. Tony communicated clearly. He was able to fix our kitchen drain in no time. This was the easiest time I had dealing with a contractor. Green helped me in the past with some heating issues the technicians were effective and polite. So, when a new issue came up, I made an appointment for a Friday morning between 8am and 10am. They called me at 9:45am to cancel my appointment, then told me that they couldn’t set up another one for over two weeks. In response to this, I was given a refund of my previous appointments. Professionally done!
