I am a hard person to please when it comes to contractors since I have an engineering background, I've worked as a PM for many years, and I do a lot of things around my house myself. That being said, I couldn't be happier with the level of service that I've gotten from Lauterborn. I've used them twice, once for a partial power outage and the second time to do some minor troubleshooting and electrical repair in my kitchen. Both times they were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. I am very pleased with the work they've done for me and plan on contacting them in the future for any electrical work I need done.

The experience with All-Star Electrical Services was great! I was able to schedule a same day service call for an issue with lights flickering throughout my house. Miri and Dave came out on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. I needed a replacement meter box and service cables. They finished the work in a little over an hour. Knowledgeable, fast and courteous.. highly recommend!!

Crew arrived right on time and got all work done in a timely and efficient way. Assigned three workers to the job which seemed right for the amount of work done. Did a reasonable job minimizing inconvenience (day without power). Clear explanation of plan for work, clear communication of what was expected from me. Work seems to be high quality.

Ron and Alex were my professional electricians who literally saved my family’s lives! My entire electrical panels were shot and at any time my home could have been ruined by an electrical fire.I explained to the FAB DUO what the issue was and they went right to work, quickly discovering the issue.Both Ron and Alex were respectful, kind and courteous. I had this company come out this morning for a electrical probem in my home and they were at my home at the time they told me and corrected my problem immediately and didn't overcharge me in anyway shape or form. Very professional, neat and reliable. Called for quote on grounding installation. Mason and another gentleman showed up timely and completed the work professionally and neatly. Also needed main cable box installation they returned with another gentleman and completed the work. Even the gentleman who scheduled the services in the office was pleasant, patient and very kind. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I have several projects I need done and they came out quickly and provided great estimates, that were easy to understand, and they were very knowledgeable with options and recommendations. Ron came out to do the work in the bedroom. He was friendly and very professional. He happily answered any questions I had along the way. There was minimal drywall work and the patching was left clean and easy for us to touch up. All debris was vacuumed up and there were no boxes or wire clippings left behind. But most of all, the job was perfect, everything I wanted at its conclusion, and within the budget. I look forward to working with them on every electrical project I have, going forward.

Mike M was awesome! Came out and replaced my ceiling fan and even helped secure it since the last one was apparently just hanging in the ceiling. Caught some issues in my panel and took the time to educate me on them. And didn’t make fun of me when my non-working outlet was just a switch in the off position ?. Cyndy in the office was super friendly as well! Definitely recommend GEN3!

Very professional service by Barry Fisher and his electricians. They showed up on time to replace some of the faceplates in my home that were out of code and got right to the job. They even made sure I knew exactly what was being changed and the pertinent information that came with it. They were in and out in under an hour and it was very affordable.
