Best Emergency Power in Philadelphia PA

This company doesn’t care about their customers time. I use this company before so I figure that I should use them again. A slot of 9-11 was given to me but wasn’t honored. I called before 11 and after 11. Then their electrician told me that he wouldn’t be there until 1:30-2:00 even though I was given a time slot. They were rude and hung up on me. Once I put my review I was called over and over to take this review down. As I said before I believe they work well in residence but this made me think twice from the constant calls and arguments. It’s not professional.

Our Pro-tech electrician helped us hided a previously raised wire (in a crooked wire-mold) that had been an eye-sore in our kitchen so that we can put a backsplash behind our counter without having to navigate around the awkward wire-mold. He also helped us replace a GFCI that we didn't realize had a burn mark on it. He was professional and explained all possible options before doing the work. He also cleaned his mess before leaving. The work is pictured here part way through the project, before he reattached the GFCI- we're all ready to install the backsplash now.

I needed to hire someone to install recessed lighting throughout my home. Tom and his team did a terrific job! These guys were polite, clean, prompt, and they finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to hire a professional electrician for their next project.

After weeks of looking for an electrician, BG Electric came out the very next day after I call them and did the work. We needed to replace our meter box outside along with the electrical wires attached to it. They understood what we needed to meet PECO standards and they did a phenomenal job. They explained everything and made recommendations on what we need to replace in the near future.They were very professional and considerate. Al and Rich were prompt and informative. I needed a light installed in my closet and Mr. Filippone provided me with a quick run down of what could be done to fix it. I had a really nice experience with quick and respectful service especially since I have a little baby in the house that could get in the way. I really appreciated the work was quick and clean. Called up, came by the same day to give a quote. Very reasonable for the work done. Said Sat 8-9 start time there at 8.15 and crew of 4 came they were complete by noon. Put down drop clothes swept and cleaned. I will use them from now on for all my work needed.

They drove out here and cancelled because they couldn't find parking right next my house. There was parking a block away. I watched someone park 1 minute after they called me half a block up my street. All that needed to be done was to replace a couple outlets and to get a quote on some additional work for a later date. They complained to me that I scheduled them to come out when there was construction going on on an adjacent street, not even my street. As if I'm supposed to know when the city is doing construction a block up from my house.... They were extremely rude about it. This is Philly, parking is hard sometimes...
