I've used All Star quite a few times in the past 6 months. They're able to come out on the same day if needed and the electricians are all very skilled and patient when it comes to troubleshooting or diagnosing a problem. Each time that Mentor or Gino came out, they explained the work that needed to be done throughly and fixed it in a timely manner. Their work is neat and their very clean -- they spackle any areas that required access through the wall. My experience with this company has been excellent and I'll definitely be using them again for future projects!

My kitchen circuit breaker kept tripping and all of my appliances were off for hours, including the fridge. Justin took my call, and despite having a full schedule of appointments, he squeezed me into his schedule that day and solved the issue given the inconvenience I was facing. He explained the costs upfront and also discussed the issues as he saw them onsite, showing me the exact blown outlet box that caused the issue. He was quick and thorough, and just about as pleasant of a serviceperson as you could ask for. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. Excellent experience.

When the power in one full wall (Basement to Second Floor) went out, I contacted my warranty company. They sent a tech out (after taking my service fee) and the tech did NOTHING. So I was left without power for over a week.Now, how do I know the first tech did NOTHING????Well when I reached out to Protech, they contacted me and said they would be over first thing the next morning. They were on time and considerate of my home, by putting on booties before they walked in my door.next they assessed the situation and after explaining the consultation fee to me, they said they could fix the problem the same day!!And that they did, in under an hour.....!!What the first tech failed to do, Protech ensured they did, and that was find the root cause of the power failure. Turned out it was a faulty outlet. They replaced the outlet and now I have power again, and I owe it all to Protech Electrical Services!!Do not hesitate to contact them. They are quick, respectful, walk you through the process, and timely.I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues going forward.

I had this company come out this morning for a electrical probem in my home and they were at my home at the time they told me and corrected my problem immediately and didn't overcharge me in anyway shape or form. If i ever have a electrical problem in my home again i know who to call. Thank you very much.

During the outlet & switches replacement, these electricians noticed the plug on an appliance was worn and replaced it at no charge. They were on time, quick, efficient and knowledgeable in their field of work. I'll be recommending them!

I am a very happy and satisfied camper. I will recommend and utilize their services again. They were punctual, polite, and professional. I was given an unbelievable estimate. I had some serious problems, my microwave oven and my central air system, with cause power outages. I also had some faulty receptacles. We had a breaker go out with no apparent cause in our new construction home. They came within hours of our call and were friendly, professional, and very dedicated to tracking down the problem, even though it required a return visit to fully diagnose thanks to our builder's 'creative' wiring. We used this service for a wire that was outside of our home to be fixed. They did the work . But with a two week something went wrong. I had to call a 24 hour electrician to come out and help us. Apparently the electrician split the wires and caused a shortage in my panel box. Never again.

Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away.
