Best Electrical Power Restoration in Philadelphia PA

Jurgen & Ed from All-Star not only supported temporary shut-off of power to my house, and temporary taking down of the power lines, to allow a tree service to remove a large tree safely, but also were able to complete the removal and replacement of both a 200-amp and a 100-amp distribution panel and all circuit breakers during the same temporary power outage. They did absolutely outstanding work. Also, they reattached the power downcomer cable to my exterior electric meter box, and replaced the meter box with a new one (both had been damaged in a storm in 2020 when a tree branch fell & took out my power lines). Additionally, they replaced the power downcomer cable from the exterior meter box to the new panels in the basement. This was a several-hour job. Prior to doing the work, they walked through the entire electrical system of my house, garage, & water well pump, to ensure safety & assess status. They also reattached a power feeder from the house to the garage (damaged by a different tree during the same 2020 storm) while they were here. Thanks to Jurgen & Ed for their hard work, attention to detail & safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism. When I need future electrician services, All-Star will be the company my wife & I call, and Jurgen & Ed would be our first choice. Just a great experience all around.

Justin was called in by our Realty Company to fix 2 fixtures in our house. He contacted me immediately, aske me to take a few screenshots so he could prepare, and kept me informed about every step of the process via text. He even called after the work was done to explain what he did. He is trustworthy, experienced, and a neighborhood guy. I would recommend Justin a million times over, and will call him in the future for any electrical needs. My cat liked him, too. Hands down, best in South Philly.

Outstanding service. Contacted EP Electric which came out in a couple of days. They provided the part necessary for the doorbell and installed it. They also took the time to check a few outlets that weren’t working. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it while being exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had called around to a few other companies but EP Electric was not only the most price competitive but also were able to respond quickly. Some other companies wanted at least 2 weeks to come out. Will definitely hire again as the work was performed quick, well and for a great price.

Al & his team were outstanding. I just purchased a home and quickly realized the electrical work was not done correctly by the previous owner. I called Al and he was able to have one of his electricians (Joey) come over to identify the problem (we needed a new breaker box since the one we had was overloaded). We had a breaker go out with no apparent cause in our new construction home. They came within hours of our call and were friendly, professional, and very dedicated to tracking down the problem, even though it required a return visit to fully diagnose thanks to our builder's 'creative' wiring. Hands down the best experience. Stan responded to my initial call to replace my breaker box after a voicemail and arrived out same day to check it out. Gave me a very fair quote a couple of days later and we set the appointment shortly there after. Stan was prompt on the scheduled day and got the project done well. Greg is an incredible electrician specifically and human being generally. My wife and I go to Greg for all of our electrical needs whenever we can. He is patient, knowledgeable, and runs his trade with a level of honesty and integrity that is hard to find. By way of example, Greg recently helped us in a situation (over the weekend no less), then told us it wasn't a big deal and we should donate to a good cause instead. Amazing. I don't know the first thing about electricity, so it's such a relief to work with someone so honest and upstanding as Greg!

Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away. They were very professional and transparent when it comes to the parts that need to be replaced. The price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician!

Fast, friendly service at a great price. Mr. Campbell couldn’t find a part, but found a comparable one that would get the Job done. The next morning he found the part and returned to swap it out. Can’t say enough about this great local business. Mr. Campbell will be my first call for electrical service from here on out.
