Best Electric Services in Philadelphia PA

Larry, Larry, and Ryan just finished rewiring our home yesterday and we could not be more satisfied with their work. We used Lauterborn Electric to completely rewire our entire home. The guys did a great job. When we purchased our home in South Philly we were told that everything, including the electric, was up to date. Fast forward to us taking out some crumbling plaster only to discover that the entire home still had knob and tube wiring. We contacted a few different companies to get quotes. Larry came out for an in-home walkthrough and gave us a competitive quote for the work. We went with them because they had great reviews, were local to the city, and they had a positive attitude. They're also a family owned company which is reassuring. They secured the necessary permit from the city for us and had the rough wiring done just a few days after that. They let us know exactly what we had to do on our end before they came back for the final install and completion. On the day of the final install they were patient with us when we had to run out and get some last minute supplies that we should have had on hand. They did one final test, made sure the dimmers dimmed, and sent an email explaining which switches were which since their handwriting was tough to read. All in all, I couldn't recommend Lauterborn Electric enough. If we ever need any electric work down the road we'll be calling them again.

I called All Star because it was a local business. Miri and Erwin came to fix our ceiling fan light fixture which had not been working for several months. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue, explaining to me the issue before they started the work to replace a part.I was very satisfied with my experience with All Star Electric and would recommend them to neighbors for their electrical service needs.Thank you,Fran Salvacion

I had a great experience with Andi and his crew. I needed knob and tube removed (quickly) from a home I was trying to sell (also quickly). Andi came out right away and gave me a fair quote for the work that I requested. I had questions about scheduling that Andi answered well after normal business hours and he kept me up to date on what day and time they would arrive. It turned out that the initial work that I had said I needed done was incorrect and more was needed to complete the job. Andi was quick to supply me with a new quote. Andi and his crew were polite, respectful, fast, and left the job site clean.I had additional questions from potential the potential buyer of the home AFTER the work was completed and once again Andi was quick to respond and help in any way he could.I'm very thankful we hired EP Electric and would HIGHLY suggest them to anyone who wants quality work done. Based on a recommendation from my colleague, an electrical engineer, we had Tom come out and look at an odd problem we had with our 100 AMP panel that another electrician had failed to figure out the previous day. Tom quickly diagnosed and solved our problem. He was quick, professional and clearly very competent. Highly recommend Tom.

Derek was referred to me by a friend who used him. My parents are getting ready to sell their house and needed an inspection done. Well it's an old house and there were several things that needed to be done to get up to code. Derek and his team did a great job at a reasonable price and were on time. The owner at Proficient Electrical is amazing and saved me tons of $$ and time! To say he and his crew went above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. They came in to do a full house rewire job for a 3 story building and the entire project got done on time and on budget with no issues whatsoever. Their team is highly professional, they work very neatly/ efficiently AND they know what they are doing. They went out of their way to clearly explain everything and made sure all of the out of code work done by a previous contractor was corrected. The owner is very responsive by phone and text and was always onsite working hard to make sure things were done right the first time. There were a few challenges because of other renovation work being done at the property but the Proficient team was very adaptable and still able to get the electrical rewired flawlessly. I had the opportunity to work w/Duka & his team twice; he worked on creating a basement ventilation for my basement dryer and came on an emergency basis to fix an electrical problem. Duka responded quickly, calls to give his eta/time he will be arriving & focuses on completing his work. Duka has many clients so it’s a blessing to have his services, when I do. He is efficient, educated, clean and thorough. Without a doubt I would tell you to use his services, especially since I’ve used his services twice and will continue.
