Proficient Electrical Services

Electrician came to replace range hood causing a shock issue. He also troubleshoot other issues in our home and provided solutions. This is our second time using his services. He has been personable and professional. We will continue to use him for our electrical needs.

1) terrible response to a customer2) this was the 2nd time he missed the appointment. First was for a quote, 2nd was for the actual work. This was two separate appointments in which he wasted our time.3) yes, I am deployed but my girlfriend is at home and would not have been able to coordinate all of this. I provided my name, address, phone number etc. We spoke over the phone and text message. There has been zero issues with communication on my side.4) stop blaming the customer. You messed up, twice. Be a man and admit that you messed up and stop trying to blame someone else for it. You wasted nearly 4 hours of my fiancés time by not calling or showing up to appointments.Didn’t show up for the quote. Gave me a rough estimate and scheduled the following week. Didn’t show up at scheduled time. No response to text message. Contacted me 2 hours later that he was running late.

I have worked with this company on a couple projects. They always provided excellent prices, have been able to troubleshoot all my issues successfully and provide quality work. I would recommend them for any electrical need.

The owner at Proficient Electrical is amazing and saved me tons of $$ and time! To say he and his crew went above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. They came in to do a full house rewire job for a 3 story building and the entire project got done on time and on budget with no issues whatsoever. Their team is highly professional, they work very neatly/ efficiently AND they know what they are doing. They went out of their way to clearly explain everything and made sure all of the out of code work done by a previous contractor was corrected. The owner is very responsive by phone and text and was always onsite working hard to make sure things were done right the first time. There were a few challenges because of other renovation work being done at the property but the Proficient team was very adaptable and still able to get the electrical rewired flawlessly. I will always come back to use their services because they're honest, they do good work, and are able to finish what they start.You guys are the best, it was an educational experience for sure - thanks for everything Raudeed!!

They are my go to electricians. I can always count on them to give me competitive prices. They arrive when they say they will and most of all, their work is really good. As a home renovator and designer, that sets them apart from all other contractor.

I wish I had hired them initially for my project. I definitely would have safe lots and money and time. Am soooo pleased and happy beyond expectations.
