They were responsive, professional, quick, clean, and polite. We were looking for a day they could come and they would text us openings when they could come over. Was super easy and they accepted Venmo payments. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the area looking for solid, professional, and reliable electric work.

Justin is awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Got back to me very fast, and knew exactly what the problem with my electrics was. And he was willing to come fix the issues after hours!

Called for an estimate and the women that answered the phone says they have availability for the same day between 3 to 5 pm.I said great I will take it. Someone calls me back an hour later and says sorry we cannot do it today but tomorrow morning we can. Great, I take it. They call ahead of time which was great and on visit, I tell them I need 13 recessed lights (4inch) which yes includes the wiring and switches. They sell for $150 for the entire set on Amazon. The living room ceiling is already open so all they have to do is the electrical job. They give me a price of $4277.00 which comes to $330.00 a light. I tell them I will get back to them and then they tell me it’s $40 for todays estimate. Mind you, no one on the phone told me there was a charge for an estimate. Gave them the$40 to get them outta of there. I called them based on a recommendation (when I mentioned the name) they had no idea who I was talking about and only called them because I was told they were reasonably priced and do great work. Well folks they are not reasonably priced and be prepared for hidden charges. For $330 a light I would get someone in town for less. Lesson learned. Don’t make my mistake. This company looks for people with deep pockets to pay their ridiculous prices. Stay away. They come from king of Prussia and Philly. And for the business owner, make sure you tell people on the phone when they schedule an estimate, it will cost $40. Don’t be a weasel and charge a customer on the spot without prior knowledge. Looks like I paid for their lunch today lol.

Hey I would love to give a big thanks to Andy an electrician for your company...He came to my house two days in a row to fix a a problem with my a/c heating system in my house...I had the company who installed my a/c heating system come to my house because I thought it was a problem with my system...the employee for the company who installed my system said it was an electrical problem...so I called ep electric to come out and do the job...The electrician Andy came by and fixed the problem...I would recommend this company as well as the electrician Andy to fix any electrical job that you may have...Thanks Andy I really appreciate it...

I lost power a week before GE Electrical replaced and upgraded my service/panel. Edmond came by on a Sunday night around 10pm to see what caused my problem. He identified it and got the power back on. He recommended service and panel replacement because the panel was old and corroded. I agreed to have the panel replaced and upgraded. The crew showed up at the specified time and did a great job. I recommend highly.

Rewired my entire house & upgraded my home to 200 amp service

Alba Electric is the most reasonably priced and gives fantastic customer service. They do expert work and are trust worthy. There techs will do the right job, not over price you or suggest high cost fixes. They have even on occasion given free advice and given some preventative service free of charge. I recently lost hot water in my home. I noticed this occurred around the same time I lost electricity in my master bedroom. I wasn't sure if they were correlated being that our hot water heater was gas. However, I realized the hot water tank did have a contraption that looked electric. I contacted Alba and they came out immediately. He found that a breaker fuse had gone bad controlling the master br and the heater contraption. He swapped out the fuse and then relit the pilot on the heater free of charge. Im almost sure a plumber would have charged me what Alba charged just to diagnose the problem. Then would have charged me for the breaker and perhaps told me something on the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Ive been in that situation a few times but its good when you can find a service that you can trust!

Highly recommended. I needed an outlet put in for an electrical stove, but the service to my house needed to be upgraded and my circuit breaker box replaced before I could do that. Jack came out and gave me a quote that was very reasonable for all the work involved, and explained everything. He gave me a date for the work, and his crew arrived on the date, right on time, and ready to go. He stayed to supervise part of the time, but the guys worked hard whether he was there or not and a more professional bunch I have never seen. They were thorough, polite, and friendly and their work was just spectacular. Best of all, I paid exactly the price they quoted me in the first place! Recently moved into an old house (1901) with outdated electric. Problems arose the day before settlement and Steve with TE sent someone out within hours. They analyzed the problem and provided an immediate quote. Following settlement, Dimitri began work and caught several major issues - the biggest being an ungrounded house with a bad negative connection. Once renovations began, he walked me through the issues and the best solutions. This was a major expense, so long the way, Dimitri looked for ways to cut costs and save me a few $$$. Overall, couldn't be happier with the communication, response time, and quality of service!

My experience with DMS Electric was absolutely great from start to finish. I had Derek and his team install a bunch of lights/outlets, install/mount a bunch of TVs and other electrical work in a dental office.
