I called several other plumbing companies in Philly and they never showed up or charged way too much for services. We called Bill Frusco Plumbing on Easter Sunday and asked them to come same day to unclog our toilet and fix a pipe leak. We got a free estimate and 20 minutes later, Brian showed up and fixed everything in less than an hour. Brian was extremely friendly, professional, answered all my questions and got the job done quickly. Amazing service. Each time the tech was on time and very knowledgeable about he was doing. They were also very personable and professional and treated my home with care. I had questions about a few things and the response and customer service was amazing when I called the office. I will be using them each and every time for my hvac needs.

Never had a better experience! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to do so. Mr. Wells made me feel so comfortable especially since I have no clue about renovations. He went through everything with me and answered all of my questions. He got my bathroom done in time and it’s beautiful. I would definitely recommend him. Simply awful. After several failed repairs, I sent them video proof that the repairman Joe had screwed up. He is supposed to be a manager and he can't even replace a faucet?!?! They were quick respond before I paid...after that, they said it could be months before they would even look at fixing the poor repair Joe did the first time. With so many good plumbers out there, stay away from this company at all costs!
