We recently had 5 service calls for our HVAC between thanksgiving and February. We knew the unit didn’t have much life left but when it died, it went quickly. Our tech Aaron was diligent to help our unit last as long as possible but ultimately recommended an immediate replacement. He informed us of the TVA UpLift program which is linked on the MCH website through which we were approved to receive a grant for a new HVAC unit and other energy efficient improvements to our home, saving us thousands of dollars this year and in the years to come. We were even able to request MCH as our preferred contractor for our UpLift installation.

Craddock electric came out to fix an electrical issue we had at our house. Mr. Craddock was great dealing with over the phone, his crew showed up on time, they fixed the issue as promised and at a fair and reasonable fee. If I ever have an electrical issue again they will be my first call!

One of your vans just drove through a construction zone on Old Hickory on the wrong side of the cones and then cut a bunch of people off to get ahead of the traffic line. Incredibly rude and dangerous. Would never trust you to do any work in my house based off this behavior.
