We had our AC unit inspected and after inspection we were informed of some issues, which we anticipated with the unit being 15 years old. After talking it over we decided to replace the unit and we were provided with great information and selected a unit. We were surprised that we were able to get it installed today. Installers just left and we are very pleased with everyone and everything.

They send text messages to let you know when they’re on the way and include a picture of the technician. Today I had a new water heater installed. The technicians were on time. They completed the installation and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. Great service!

The kitchen sink drain was backing up and we called Hiller. There service tech Steve came out and worked very hard to clear the drain, as it was a tough blockage that was located pretty far down the line. He got it cleared, cleaned everything and and left us very happy.

Broke down all the prices and items that he was going to use. Very helpful of helping me understand the issues that I was having with the light switches.

$234 just to replace one outlet on my front porch. I think that's a rip-offI gave this company one star. I am changing that to 5 stars. Based on their excellent customer service. Hiller was able to get an HVAC tech out to my house same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and honest, and he was able to answer all my questions. I thought the prices were reasonable. Even though my unit is 15 years old, no one has tried to put any pressure on me to replace it with a new one.

Chase and Jared were wonderful ! They walked me through all the things that needed to be repaired, showing me pictures, and explaining any questions that I had. They then called the project manager, staying with me to help make me more at ease . They made me feel like family and were so caring . Thank you !!!

I came home from being gone all week to a house with no hot water late Friday afternoon. I called and Hiller had someone here within an hour or so. After the diagnosis of a shot water heater. Chase, Phil and Ryan knocked out installing a new water heater back in my attic in just a couple of hours. Really great guys to work with and got it done quickly. By 7pm I had hot water again and was so relieved that I wasn't going to be without hot water all weekend. Would recommend them to anyone.

I will not use this company again. Got on the 16 dollar plan and it is a joke. I’ve had one maintenance where they said all looks good. Shortly later my thermostat is struggling. We called to get them out here and Chris had not even been told why he was coming out. So he didn’t have any new thermostats with him. Told us they don’t do the nest thermostat (even though the website says they do). Then estimated us for something else and left us with an old used thermostat with no warranty but charged us almost 200 for putting this old thing on our wall. Thanks for that.

I recently had Hiller perform a service call to a house I had just purchased and reconfigure the natural gas line to both a gas cooking stove and the gas fireplace. The existing gas line consisted of galvanized pipe and was not installed very well as it appeared to be added after the home was built. The two technicians, Adair and Chase if I remember correctly, did an outstanding job. I have had Hiller perform various types of HVAC and mechanical work at two other houses and I have always been extremely pleased with their work.

First, the lady on the phone was very happy and friendly :) Second, Duane who came to our house on Sat was wearing shoes cover that is very nice since we dont wear shoes at home. Also gave me the receipt with explanation after taking care of my AC unit. He was happy to work and had positive attitude. I had a different AC repair guy recently and they left no receipt, came in with shoes and didn't seem to be happy (not willing to repair). I am happy with Hiller's service. And I love the logo :)

When I finally figured out it was my water heater leaking and not my washing machine I called Hiller at 11:00 p.m. on a Friday night. They sent a plumber to my house within the hour. They also talked me through on how to turn the gas off as well as the water on the phone. I had no idea how to do either. Devin returned the next day being Saturday at 2 p.m. with another plumber, Jacob. Within two hours my new efficient water heater was installed. These guys were so kind, thoughtful, and professional. If you want a caring, dependable company I highly suggest using Hiller Plumbing. It was absolutely the happiest and best experience ever with any company, having these guys in my home!!

Our guy was very professional and he was very nice and polite. He took the time to explain things and made sure I was happy with our service. Hillery also got me an appointment before the end of the day (which meant I'd have to pay double). They are all about customer service and making sure you as the customer are satisfied. Joshua was on time. He was very helpful, explained everything he was going to perform and the pricing. He completed the work on time and very well. I would highly recommend him and Hiller for any plumbing jobs.

Technician left insulation sitting on the floor of my 8 year olds bedroom, with nails sticking out of his wall. Screws and nails were left all over my bathroom, and the door left off of the closet they removed the hot water heater from. As grateful as I am for the new hot water heater, leaving insulation and lose nails in a small childs bedroom is unacceptable, and lazy. In no way, shape, or form, did he clean up after himself at all. I'm not happy.

I have used these guys for years. They always show up quickly and have saved me money by only fixing what needs fixed. I once had a tough intermittent electrical issue that they spend days on - really nice people.

Very happy with the work and the tech / worker was very professional. However I will not use them again. They charged me a limited access fee just because the tech had to crawl from one side of my house to the other to do the repair. I don't know if other houses have several crawl space openings, but my older victorian house doesn't. If I had a opening at the exact spot where the repair was needed, I would have done the work myself!Update: 4/18/2018A woman called shortly after I posted my review and said she would check and see why I was charged the limited access fee and get back with me. She never did.

He listened to what I needed done and he went right to work and completed everything. He gave me advice on what to do to take care of another major problem. Very friendly, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful when installed porch lights, ring camera floodlights. Second time I used Hiller for toilet and he was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what we could do to fix the issue if it didn't work.

I've used them before for plumbing and electrical work. They are more expensive than some local contractors, but I've consistently gotten better results from them. I had two leaks and what sounded like a potential other leak fixed, and right away the tech who came out figured out what caused each issue and fixed them right away. I am very satisfied with the results.

Called and made an appointment to get my water lines in my yard looked at just to have the tech walk to the meter and say call these people to dig up your water line then we can come fix it. Didn't even look for the leak. Was so not worth the time or the money

Bruce was on-time and very professional. We discussed the problem and he made his diagnosis. He reviewed the charges and then set to work. After he finished, he reviewed all the charges and ensured I was happy with the work. He also discussed with me some electrical concerns I have and recommended possible solutions. He set up an estimate, which occurred less than an hour after he left. I greatly appreciate Hiller's recognition of veterans.

I had Hiller out earlier this year to give me an estimate I'm having my heater repaired or replaced. They were the 3rd company I called because when you're spending that much money you always get more than one estimate. Hiller was the only company that offered me that choice to either rebuild my unit or have it replaced. Everybody else told me I needed a replacement unit. Thanks to Hiller I was able to save over $6000 of my hard earned money because I did not need the unit replaced they were able to actually repair it. If I ever need anything in the future I will absolutely call them I appreciate their honesty in not trying to push a new unit on me.

I was very impressed, pleased and happy with the service of Steve, Johnny and Travis (I hope I got the young man's name right) he was good too. Anyway, all three electricians were great. Very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Hilter should be HAPPY to have them on their team. If I have any problems in the future I would definitely call them again. HVAC went out this morning got up to 80+ degrees inside, hiller came out same day. Ricky came out before the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. Extremely friendly and professional. He stayed and made sure everything was running good, cleaned up a few things, and had it running better than before.

We had a pipe rupture and had to turn off the water supply to the whole house. Gary came out on Christmas Day and repaired it! He was very kind and professional. We cannot thank him enough for getting our water back on! Thank you Hiller and thank you Gary!

Toilet leaking and water all over the floor. Called at 7. Adair had me fixed by 9:15.Again! (3/14/19)Bryan from Hiller electric was here all day (from 9AM to 6:45PM) installing electric for a new pool. He and his guys were amazing and talked me through the process of grounding the pool and why the underground wiring was neccessary. They even showed my kids their super cool flamethrower (torch to bend the pipe). Bryan even managed to fix an issue that two other electricians have missed. I'm very happy with their service!

One of my electrical plugs started smoking when I unplugged my Christmas tree. Hiller scheduled my appointment for 1-3pm, and on the date of my appointment I recieved a call asking if it was ok for the tech to come out early.....ummm, YES PLEASE!! My tech, John Ryder, was very personable, friendly and professional; he easily identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend asking for John Ryder, he has much more electrical experience then just fixing an outlet. We plan on having some custom electric added to our house to handle higher amps for welding, etc. I spoke w/ John about our ideas & he was very knowledgeable about doing this, we will be asking for him when the time comes to move forward & have that done.*on a side note, in 2018 Hiller installed our new hot water heater and we had a 5 ?? experience then as well.

I have had to use the HVAC services and their plumbing services. Wonderful experience both times! Courteous, professional, on time, great communication, the list goes one. Will definitely use Hiller for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Clay Dillard and Brandon Morse performed the initial installation in preparation for a Heating and Cooling Unit to be installed end of May 2018. They sent a text to advise they were on their way which I greatly appreciated and they were on time. They worked in an attic for numerous hours with a heat index of 90+ degrees and their attitudes were always bright and cheerful and did not take a break one (1) time. When finished Clay explained all work they performed in detail and stated, Please call if there is anything else we can do to be of assistance! Best customer service I have had in many years and kudos to Hiller for hiring team members who sincerely care about the customer's satisfaction. Electrician Danny Brown with Hiller went above and beyond the call for me on some problem electrical issues. I really appreciate that he took the extra time and effort, as well as a special trip to Home Depot to get the correct parts needed at the time., to get everything working correctly. Hiller is a fabulous service company and is fortunate to have a technician like Danny on their team. I will remain a faithful Hiller customer for all of my plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical needs as well as continue to recommend Hiller to my real estate clients.

Richard (Ricky) Bibb, came to my house today to help with a problem with my HVAC. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. He showed me exactly what it was and explained to me what the part was for. He was very informative on heating and cooling systems. He had the part that was needed to fix the problem available. I really appreciated his help. It didn't take him long at all to fix the system. I feel he was honest about the HVAC unit and what it's issue was. I thank you so much!

Hiller Plumbing came out to my residence for backed up plumbing, stayed till after midnight to get a temporary fix. I then had my septic tank pumped and the came back out to replace the Efluent Pump. I’m very proud of the work and professionalism of Adair and the whole Hiller Plumbing crew.

Systematic troubleshooting was done by Mr. Richard Bibb on my heating system. Presented costs of repair and presented other services. I signed up since he acted professionally. As far as I can tell, the job was done right. Cold weather we are ready for you.

Heating system wasn't working this morning. Coordinator/scheduler was friendly and able to get their on-call service tech Anthony to come by to look at the system. He quickly found that a power connection to the main system controller board had become disconnected. The connection was loose and with a quick squeeze of a pliers, was firmly reattached and system working fine. Quick fix. Being new to Mid-Tennessee area I won't hesitate to call Hiller for future needs. Thanks.

My visit to the Hiller office yesterday in Millersville to ask for repair of my smoke detectors which had been going off in some sequence of irregular sound for over 8 hrs.. was met with understanding and an effort to find a staff to answer my request.This wild range of sound ended with the arrival of Brian C. Wait , technological electrician . After examining all the units and finding a lone carbon monoxide monitor also disfunctional..he disabled them all and deliberately reinstated all units..I have used Hiller professionals before with the same appreciation for their skill and intention to do the best job as quickly as possible..I probably would have paid almost anything to quiet my house but the pricing was reasonable in mostly the cost of the replacement units !! I am a priority member and value the position that gives me to be considered important but in the sequence of the day's list of appointments !! Hiller has never let us down! Their techs are polite and professional, and they always get the issue taken care of. No one ever wants to have to replace an A/C unit, but Hiller has made this process as easy as it can possibly be. Brian and Colton were both wonderful to work with. To be clear... the review from Leslie Garrett-Stephens makes no sense. Hiller is one of the largest HVAC dealers in Tennessee with 450 trucks (you read that correctly) servicing from Bowling Green, KY all the way down to Huntsville, AL and from Memphis to Knoxville. They spend huge money on TV and Radio with a slogan of Happy you'll be or the service is free! All their technicians are certified in HVAC and they even wear shoe covers while in your home!

Had to call an electrician because a tree decided to split itself in half and rip the utility lines off the house. I called around 7:30 that morning, Troy S showed up around 5pm, got the parts, and stayed until after 9pm until the electricity was back on. I was honestly not expecting to have it fixed until the next day, so that was a pleasant surprise. He even sealed up where the roof was damaged.My only complaint was the phone time - I had to call numerous times in the next few days to sort out the permits, and the hold time was anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes before I could speak with anyone each time.

Service was excellent! The technician originally showed up at my home when I was not there - we had a miscommunication on the appointment. I called and the young lady I spoke to in customer service was very kind. By this time it was almost 4pm. I was simply going to reschedule but she offered to contact her technician to see if he could come the same night. He arrived around 5:30 and was very pleasant - unusual after what I’m sure had been a long day. He listened to my explanation of the issue and decided that he would be able to reach the plumbing line from outside without having to completely remove the toilet. Obviously this saved time and was certainly less expensive. I highly recommend this company !

We called an electrician after moving and having some issues with the electric. The electricians were prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We called for a drippy shower and $700 later the faucet doesn't drip. We addressed things unrelated to the shower before even fixing it. Will never use Hiller again, everything the touched was $100 labor and supposedly the solution for the drippy shower, yet amazingly didn't fix the issue. It was just like taking your car to the shop for an oil change I guess.

Very nice polite plumber worked efficiently and explained the issues.So quick it only took 48.minutes . My bill was jus $415dollars!!! He was one hour late with no phone call explaining why and all i needed was my line snaked.Way too expencive. So happy we went with Hiller. Our air went out and within 20 minutes of calling (and it was after 5pm), a project manager (Brian) was at our house to help us figure out our issue. A total replacement was needed. He gave us 4 quotes for different machines but didn't pressure us on choosing the most expensive one. A team of techs was at our house the next afternoon and braved the thunder storms and lightening to install our new unit. Andrew and Jacob and their team of techs did an outstanding job. Hiller has always been great to us. We use Hiller to service most of our rental properties and have never been disappointed. This time we worked with Chase Vaghn. I write and read a lot of reviews on Google and it is rare to see a company respond as this company does. I focus on 1 star reviews when shopping. Things go wrong no matter how hard a company tries. Looks like the owner sincerely tries to make it right.Based on my experience so far i am going to give them my business for a new 5 ton system. Big bucks! A word of advice to new customers. There initial quote was very high for comparable systems when compared to 2 other reputable companies, but don't be discouraged, they are negotiable.

Adair has been to our residence a couple times over the last 3 years for issues we had with a 20+ year old house (hot water heater, etc). He has been amazing every time. Pleasant, courteous, and always willing to explain, in detail, what the problem is and what the fix is. Our experiences with this gentleman is the reason we always call Hiller.

He was very professional and went out of his way to go to Lowes and pick up all the pipe and fitting that he'd didn't have on his truck so that I wouldn't have to wait till Monday to have my water turned back on.Came out on a Sunday to replace the hot water tank that was leaking and the shut off valve that was broke and would not shut off.

I have a leak in my a/c unit and have to have it topped off every summer. I used hiller last year and the price was less than $200 so I called and scheduled the same service this year. I was hit for $415 this time. Now I expected an increase bc obviously everything is getting more expensive but not more than double for the same service. I will shop around next time

This is the first time calling Hiller. My initial contact to schedule was easy and the dispatcher was super nice. I was a work-in because my schedule was limited, and the guys even got here early. Very pleasant. They immediately discovered that my sink leak was just a loose connection in the spray hose. I felt silly for not knowing that...we all had a good laugh. Then they checked everything under the sink just to be sure. I will definitely be calling Hiller again!

My friend and her 2 young kids live downstairs at my home and for the second time since she moved in, it had started “raining” in the kids play room. This time I decided to schedule something with Hiller online which was a few days out. I then called and they moved me up to the following day but were actually able to squeeze me in the same day! Chase not only fixed the toilet, but he found the main source of the problem which will stop this from occurring once it’s completed! It’s nice when someone actually tries to figure out what is really happening rather than “fixing” the immediate problem at hand and calling it a day! 10/10 would recommend!

Louis was great. He was prompt, polite, professional and most importantly to me....honest and personable. Rather than just telling me a list of things that may need to be fixed or addressed, he actually took pictures and showed me specifically what he was talking about. This gave me a great feeling of faith in his own integrity but also a great deal of respect and trust in Hiller as a company.

Our service technician was pleasent, professional, and completed the work in under an hour. The problem we have is that they charged us $200 to basically finish an installation of a bathroom faucet, 30 minutes of work. I will not be using this company again.

A technician from Hiller Plumbing came to my house and found the source of the problem. They told me the cost of the repair and what was involved. When finished the technician made sure I was satisfied the problem was fixed.

We had a problem with two toilets and a shower simultaneously clogging. We thought it might be the main line, but our plumber looked at all three problems and figured out that it was just a coincidence that all three were stopped up at once. Saved me time and money and I was grateful for his attention to detail.I will call Hiller for my future needs.

We arrived back home this morning around 7:40a after running some errands (gone about 1 hr45 mins) & found our guest bath pouring water out from under the faucet. Carpet squishing full of water. After getting water cutoff from main, called Hiller emergency service. They were here around 9:30a. Chase Vaughn, our service tech, was super nice & friendly. Very knowledgeable. Found where the leak was coming from & repaired the problem.Would definitely use them again!

Incredibly dissatisfied with this service. I used Hiller plumbing to run new gas lines in my home to appliances.The first issue that came up was with scheduling. We set a day/time for a technician to come to our home and no one ever showed.They were scheduled to show up between 8-10am, received phone call @10:05 that they would be late. No expectation set on when they’d show up. We eventually had to call them ~12:30 to get an update. Finally a technician showed up around 1:30. Left immediately for a couple of hours to get supplies & ended up working for ~2 hours then leaving.They said they’d be back around noon the next day, but the next morning a technician shows up at 9am. They spent all day working until after 5 PM.Our next issue was with the quality of work. We were told they would first drill holes in the house then build backwards towards the new meter. This did not happen, they did the opposite.We were told the technicians would watch the video recorded by Webb and follow his instructions. They did not do this (the 2nd day’s technician even admitted that he didn’t watch the video & “had a better way”....then later admitted he’s only be doing this for a few months!!The work inside our laundry room is poor quality. The technician drilled the first 1-inch hole in the floor directly into the middle of an I-beam/floor joyce. We are checking how deep he drilled today, it appears to be significant.To remedy this incorrect hole he swept sawdust into it and put a piece of tile back on top. It looks bad. The 2nd hole he drilled in the laundry room cracked the tile back to the floorboard which Hiller did send a contractor to fix.The final issue was with billing. We first got a quote from a competitor and when we told Hiller about their quote they said they’d match it. When the work was finished, the technician told us we owed a much higher amount than agreed upon. They said this was a “misunderstanding” and that we would have to pay the higher amount. We indicated that this is a major issue for us. We were clear that Hiller had to match the competitors price which we had documented. They said they would fix the issue, but we have yet to receive a follow up call. But just received the higher bill via mail.Don’t use.

I have had to call them back 3 times since initial repair. Replaced defrost control board and sensors, still not defrosting correctly, was a universal part. Now they said they would order the OEM part and install but want an additional 3??.00 dollars. Said no warranty on universal parts. I already paid 388.99 the first time. The part to buy myself is only 265.54. Do not call this company, beware!

Got a few quotes for budgetary purposes a year a ago from different companies in the area. Hiller was very competitive. Flash forward a year, and our existing hot water heater broke. Called Hiller who came out the same day to see if it was repairable. Turned out it was the original unit (nearly 20 years old) and was beyond repair. I requested that rather than just replace the unit, they update their quote which included a crawl space dehumidifier, tankless water heater, water softener and water filter. Hiller recognized that we needed a quick turnaround on the quote since our water heater was broken. Brian, their project manager, came out after hours with a technician and was able to update the quote on the spot. The next day they showed up with multiple crews and were able to finish the entire scope of work. Each employee was polite and answered all of my many questions. If their is any scope of work needed at our house in the future that Hiller can perform, we will not waste time in seeking out any other quotes. Top tier operation at every level.

The unit that I have is now over 10 years old and I have been told recently by their technicians that could last another 10 years. I credit that to using their service plan where they come out twice A year to do tuneups. Without those turn ups I might already be having to replace my unit.When we purchase a new one, it’ll be through Hiller!

Ensured that the job was done correctly and did not stop until it was fixed. I recommend using this company. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars, is because the Technician had to go get a Pro press that should be supplied on every vehicle. He had to go to a different site to retrieve the tool that was on another vehicle by a different crew. If the Company would supply this tool the job would of been faster and I would not have to pay 4 hours of work for a job that could have taken 2 at the most.

Hiller came out within an hour of calling for no air conditioning. Figured out the problem, fixed it and air conditioning worked in 30 minutes. Less expensive than I was thinking it would turn out. Very professional and courteous.

From the time I called for service until the plumber left everything was excellent. They were able to get to my house two days sooner than my home warranty company could find anyone. Had an install for a brand new hvac system.While there were a few bumps In the road , Hiller made sure to smooth them out and complete the task.It took less than a day from the time I ordered the system to the time the unit was fully installed.

The yearly service we have used for 4 years was performed on our unit and a bill presented to my wife to pay. No mention of the fact the service had DOUBLED from last year. I called to cancel all future maintenance contracts because of this very shocking discovery. If you want to double your rates with out ANY warning and think we will all just sign back up you are wrong. Found a new reputable company for the same old rate to continue our service going forward.

I did not receive a copy of my quote and I had to call to get a receipt. I also was charge a dispatch fee of $69. As a Happy Hiller paying customers, I had been led to believe this fee is waived if Hiller performs the work.

I had an electrician and a plumber come out. Both were professional. The electrician, Bruce, did the job we needed done and we're very happy with the work. The plumber, Katie, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't move forward with the work, as the cost was too high. We'll DIY instead. Still grateful for her insight though. My only complaint is the over-communication. I don't need an email, a text, and a phone call multiple times before the appointment. It was aggravating. Would definitely recommend and use again though.

Danny, Lucas and Stanley were great. They worked efficiently, quickly and answered all of my questions.

During our annual plumbing inspection we were very pleased with the thoroughness the technician (Chase) provided. He walked us through the checklist and addressed issues we had (reseating a toilet) and ones we did not know about (broken sink stopper handle). Our technician came out on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend to repair the pump to our pool house toilet. He was very professional, fast, and courteous. We were pleased to learn that our pump was still under warranty and that we would have no cost for this service. Since we use the pool house for Airbnb guess, it is important that we have a company that can provide technicians as soon as possible so that the guests are not uncomfortable during their stay.

We moved into our new home a week ago and to our surprise and shock we needed to replace and fix more than we expected. Hiller made it easy to be a one stop shop to replace our HVAC units, water heaters, Fox our broken dish washer and put in a new water filtration system. Adair on the plumbing side was fantastic and even came back to do some minor adjustments for us with the new units. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and felt very taken care of... everyone was professional and cleaned up after the jobs as well. My husband and I will continue to use Hiller.

Advertised 24/7 service. This is the second time i have called this company for service in the last five/six years. Was told it would be at least 3-4 WEEKS before they could even come for service. They definitely need to change their advertising for quick service.

The electrician was excellent, very professional, personable, willing to take time to educate me on things i was unaware. The prices seem high but the quilty of work is equally high.I scheduled an appointment with a plumber and provided a list of needed repairs. Unfortunately, the appt was not entered into their system.

They were very professional. The installers were kind and hard working. They checked the install several times to make sure the system was working correctly. They showed us how to operate the new unit so that we were comfortable with using it. They reminded us that we get a free tuneup that was included with purchase.

You all should have a policy that when entering a person's home from working outside, that you announce yourself. Otherwise the homeowner, such as myself, could be startled. Too many things are happening now.I am also befuddled as to why a two-year-old air conditioning unit needs 3 lb of refrigerant. But to this end I'm trusting the company did the right thing.

The gentleman that did the work was great and helped us with all the options. The cost of the installation of a water heater that we had to
go to Home Depot and purchase ourselves was ridiculous. I will do everything I can to avoid calling Hiller Plumbing again.

I called because we had an emergency leak situation, water running from one floor through the next. I told the lady, and she said we can send someone tomorrow.

The Hiller Tech came right on time. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing. He tuned up our heat/air system for the fall and winter. He filled out paperwork to renew our Hiller Club membership, answered questions and said to call if we needed anything any time. Thank You Hiller for being here when we need you.

Patrick was great! He was very professional and showed us several tips to protect our AC unit. He explained how the unit worked and gave us good information on some different air filters we could use to save money. It was a great experience.

My only complaint today.... the technician had to put the unit on AC to check it. We left the house to work on the yard. When we came back inside, it was 58 degrees inside. He had not switched back to heat. Otherwise, a perfect check up.

UPDATE. Hiller's general manager called and he agreed to come out and fix the problem at no additional cost to me. Solid follow up and ownership of the issue. I will highly recommend Hiller for this reason.I had a technician come out to inspect the propane firelog plumbing on a house we just purchased. The technician looked and said everything looked good to him. We discussed moving the line to a different location but that was at a future time.I connected the propane tank to the line and we used the fireplace all evening. It worked as expected. The next morning we found the garage full of propane from a capped line that appears to not be sealed properly. I called Hiller and was told that it would be another charge to come out and look at the capped line - that it was not covered by the first inspection.I was very disappointed in Hiller not taking responsibility for what they were called out to do and said was safe. It wasn't.

I’ve always had great experiences with Hiller and today was no exception. The technician showed up on time, was polite and informative, and checked my whole AC unit over thoroughly. I have yet to be disappointed by Hiller!

Our units heat went out. Help was sent out within the hour I called. The guys were professional, to the point, and answered any questions we had.
We have used Hiller since we bought our home in 2019 and have not had issues.

Way to expensive. Part is around $250, but labor is over$1100. Plus$30 a lb @8lbs for freon. Could use what's in it, as he said it id full! Dude was nice, professional. Co is the problem with prices!!!

I already my HVAC scheduled for my periodic checkup when more serious issues came up. With very cold weather coming in, Hiller added more services to the call and Chris Bumbalough, the Hiller tech diagnosed the problem and installed an emergency fan blower until the correct one could be ordered and installed. Great job; and we stayed (and are staying) warm no matter how cold it gets the next two days.

They were very good in leaving plenty of reminders they were coming, on both email and text, plus a picture of who to expect coming to your door! Great idea!

Technician was professional, friendly, and experienced to diagnose the issue, and repair the problem with my AC unit leaking. Problem solved, and technician also suggested and installed safety switch in case a drainage problem ever occurred in the future.

Chase was very professional and well mannered. From the minute he came through the door he respected my home and pets. He LOVES animals! I asked 100 questions and he answered each one with a great attitude. He even found other issues I didn’t know I had and fixed them while he was here as well. We called them to remove a clog and they came out within 24 hours, they were busy from the holiday, so that was fine. The reason why I rate it 2 stars is it cost us $300 to have someone here 15 minutes. That's absurd. I can see a trip charge and a removal fee, I understand people need to be paid for their work. But $300 is just crazy. The plumber was literally here 15 minutes total. I expected $150ish maybe, especially since we were not an emergency call. Next time I'll wait an extra day or two and use a small business that won't bend me over when I need service. Very disappointed.

The tech was very knowledgeable gave me alot of information about how the unit was assembled , very professional and friendly. Very straight forward with what he would have to do when installing water heater. Will be requesting the same tech when we do the install.

I called Hiller because they were an authorized repair for the unit I had. Well the unit was over 30 years old and the service repair man went over the options of repairing, if the parts could be located,.or replacing and we looked over the entire HVAC system together.I knew a few years back that replacing the system was in our future. Our antiquated system required a complete overhaul. They sent a project manager out to check out our 'site' and see what options we could work with. They really listened to what I wanted done when it came to showing me what they could do. I made my decision,.the started installation first.thing the next.morning. They were done by dinner and it is so cool in my house now, I grabbed a sweater this morning. I'd set the thermostat.for what I needed it at with the old system.

This company came out at 1030 at night to fix our heating duct which came lose. We had called another company first, they were a no show. Hiller really saved us! Especially with temps as low as 20 degrees. The courtesy calls are awesome they come with a pic of the technician, makes you feel safe. Dewayne the tech was very knowledgeable, showed us a drain trap to clean to eliminate problems another company had missed.

Had yearly maitnance set up for heat and air could not have asked for a nicer young man. Very polite and mannerly which is good to see in this day and age. All the ladies I've spoken to on the phone have been very nice and professional as well.

Plumber was friendly enough and on-time but did not properly diagnose the issue. I paid $199 to have a hole cut in my drywall and still have a leak.

He took the time to survey the size of my property, and he showed me pricing for several different models (which seems basic, but 2 other companies did not take the time to do this). This was a big investment, and he was respectful of that and didn’t pressure me or condescend.Jacob and his crew came out the very next day and were very professional and personable. They took the time to explain the new unit and worked quickly. Jacob added a backplate to the thermostat to cover up marks on the wall, and it looks great.

Ricky has come out twice now for different issues. He fixed my humidifier and then did a service check on my heating unit. He did excellent work both times. He’s the best!

Colton, Hiller Tech, arrived on time. He is a very personable young man and quite thorough with his inspection of our two 19 y/o HVAC units. I've had these units inspected twice yearly for each of the 19 years of ownership, and Colton's inspection was the most through. It was on par with Tom Watson, owner of Watson's Electric, who did the original installation. Colton, presented my wife and I with the option of repairing the units (with are still cooling) or replacing.

Hiller installed a new gas tankless water heater in my home on the same day that I called them! My 20 year old water heater tank busted, and they were very responsive to get me hot water as soon as possible!

First I want to say 10 Stars if available. Found out my air conditioner wasn't working last Friday night called Hiller Saturday morning and by that afternoon Chad came from Clarksville. We live in Springfield Chad ran a few tests and found that the freon had leaked out of the system we contacted Hiller and they sent Brian out Wednesday evening. We worked out the details and Friday morning first thing the crew is here installing the new unit. Everyone we had contact with from Chad ,Brian and the installation crew were top-notch professional and very considerate. Thank you to everyone at Hiller for your great work!!!

I’ve been using Hiller for over 10 years my air conditioning unit is a 95 model they have kept it running… We have replaced many items but now it’s time for me to break down and get a new one they are going to help me finance a new one and I can’t imagine anyone else more honest… Hard to believe from a big company but it’s true people…Call the happy face truck today. Hiller !!!

My technician, Dawson, did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and determined. He moved an electrical outlet box, replaced an exhaust fan, and moved two light fixtures. The light fixtures required that he remove the flooring in my attic to get to the wires. It was a big job but he hung in there and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very thorough in his cleanup, too! Thanks, Dawson!

They came in the same day I called. They were fast and did great work. But very expensive. $200 for 30 minutes work. And 15 minutes of that was getting two parts out of the truck. Ridiculous.

Team was wonderful, polite and quick. Installed the breaker box surge protector quickly with no issues and the ac/heating tune up shed some light on potential impending issues.

Chase was my plumbing specialist. He is a young guy, but very knowledgeable. He works hard, gives what seems like honest and practical suggestions, and works quickly. He solved all of my problems and made suggestions for which things didn't really have to be done.I had a leak in the pipe from my water supply at the street to my house, and Chase coordinated getting the right people and equipment out to fix it with a bobcat, after digging a trench himself to find the source of the leak. He also fixed smaller issues inside the house including toilets that were leaking and replaced a washing machine hose.Hiller is friendly, prompt and reasonable. I particularly like that they communicate promptly and often so you know where you stand and when servicemen are scheduled and will arrive.I highly recommend.

Anytime Hiller comes for service we are satisfied. We do not feel like anyone is trying to sell us products, they are all very knowledgable and maintenance focused. Always a pleasure!

So, the guy who came out only brought a 100 ft. cable to snake our sewer line. The clog was 110 ft. out. His solution? $1100 to dig up the septic tank and clean it out from the inside.We're out in the country. Everyone we know has a 100ft snake in their house. The only reason to call a plumber is to get someone out who has a longer snake. Heck, I can get a septic company out here to do that for $400. I won't call this company again.

Technician was very friendly and professional. He even waited for me to purchase a replacement fixture from Home Depot and return home so that he could install it without charging us for that time period. He answered all of my questions and gave me advice on how to fix a dryer vent problem.

Had busted main pipe under house. Made appointment online. Techs came when they said and even received call from office to confirm. Job was going to take time to repair. They scheduled a team to come a few days later and mapped out a plan and made my install date the following Monday. Showed up on time and got to work right away. 4 techs were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Had new pipes installed and was told of everything that was done and a great warranty as well.Definitely will stay with Hiller after the exceptional work and experience that my family had..

I called at lunch today (July 24, 2017) and was given an appointment for 5-7 on the same day. Like every other company I figured the tech would not show up until 7 and was surprised when on my way home I was called that the tech was on his way with an arrival time of 5:30 give or take. The tech was nice and completed the diagnosis in a timely manner. I would recommend using Hiller to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Okay, I need to update this review. It took a lot of hard work and tenacity on my part, but I moved this problem (described below) up the food chain, and the short story is that they sent a QUALIFIED team to redo the entire system properly. It now seams to be 100% working, and 100% a quality professional install. And both heat and A/C work as they should :-)And ... this is the best part, they honored their motto Happy You Will Be or the Service is Free. Final cost to me: zero!Everybody makes mistakes, We're human. Plus, this all happened during the first month of the virus insanity, And so, I will now totally endorse Hillier and recommend them.(insert smiley-face emoji)---------------------------------------------Now, my initial experience:It was absolutely the worst experience you could possibly have in a replacement of a heating and cooling unit. Absolutely everything was done incorrectly, by installers who are not friendly or knowledgeable. And when they left the unit did not even function. As a former electrician, who has been a part of the installation of many HVAC units, I will be left to attempt to clean up the mess myself and make everything work safely and properly.I have made a detailed video of everything that was done wrong, and it's massive. We will not allow Hillier back in our house, or on our property. We will be taking Hillier to court. I will be contacting Jimmy personally. My company actually provided DJ Services for Jimmy Junior's wedding ( Jimmy jr currently heads Hillier Plumbing Heating and Cooling) Had I treated him the way his company has treated me he would have sued me. Totally unacceptable at every level.

Jared and other guy ( sorry forgot his name) were extremely kind. I explained what I thought how the water was linking from my toilet. However they evaluated and found the issue. They explained to the true issue and offered fix or just allow me pay for diagnostic charge. This is so refreshing. Since they were so kind and efficient, I allowed them to fix my toilet. We had a mainline stop in our home, causing sewage to back up into showers and toilets on the holiday weekend, and Hiller was able to get a tech out to help us. Brian was professional and had an excellent attitude for having to work so late. It was seven thirty pm when he arrived. He fixed the problem and left the work site in better condition than he found it. Five Stars to Brian!

We had a surprise water main leak under the house greet us this moring leaving us no alternative but to shut the water off at the street. I called the folks and Hiller around 10:30am and was informed that they could get someone to me by end of day. Aournd 1pm Hiller called to let me know they could get someone out sooner. Ryan showed up about 30 mins later and got right to it. After chasing down some parts we had water again by the original time he was originally scheduled to show up.... Great job, reasonalble and fast.

Additional $99 to replace water pressure regulator valve. Total bill $415.08 It's been explained to me how outrageous this is and thank goodness wasn't major repair.Given this, I could only recommend Hiller to people with unlimited resources.

Jacob Ramage came to the house due to my concerns with possible holes in duc work due the recent dust issues. He was awesome!! Very professional- explained what could be happening and what he was going to inspect.He showed me several possible issues that could be causing it.. Hiller did a great Job. My tech was on time and very polite. The company sent a text with a picture of my tech. With today’s world that’s a awesome safety feature. He kept us informed with everything he was doing and any issues he found with pictures. We had 2 parts that had to be fixed and showed his testing to confirm these items were bad. Also showed items that will need attention in the near future. My tech even showed me a picture under the house where the ants have taken over, he didn’t have to say anything about that issue. After having been hung out to dry by a very large competitor on Saturday I was forced to call someone else on a Sunday. Hiller came to my rescue! They diagnosed the problem and called me with an estimate. Pat (the technician) was helpful and courteous and he fixed the problem right then. He even corrected a problem left by the previous company. So thankful for Hiller.

Installer was a great guy who did an excellent job! Our water heater started leaking late Saturday night so I called them at 7:30 Sunday morning and they were there by 1:00 on a Sunday and had the new one installed by 3. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The installer was extremely professional and corrected our issue right away. He absolutely refused to take a tip! Way cheaper than some other plumbers I’ve used in the past and far better service.

Our service tech Anthony was finally able to determine why our system has been leaking and losing refrigerant over the past two years on a unit that was only three years old. He contacted his general manager and was able to significantly reduce the cost to fix the problem since we already spent several hundred dollars on the unit. We appreciate him showing us exactly what was wrong, gave us our options, and kept our system working until parts could be installed today. Job well done.

We were very displeased and will never allow Hiller to work on our systems again. The first crew that came out did a bypass and recommended that two parts be replaced. The bypass they did caused a terrible smell, which turned out to be the blower motor burning. The second guy who came out said that neither part that the first guy recommended, had a problem. My husband just wanted him to put all connections back like they were before Hiller did anything. He had to come out twice because he didn’t do as my husband asked the first time. We will not use Hiller again and will share our experience whenever possible.

Our heat pump went out and we called Hiller because we didnt know who else to call. They came out the next day (this was not an emergency) and found the pump to be on its last legs. They showed us all the problems it had and fixed it so we had a/c. However, looking at our options, we decided to get a new pump. The installers came out the next day, in the middle of the remnants of hurricane Harvey and installed it. While no one likes to have someone blow taps over the most expensive part of a house, we were glad we could get everything done so quickly.

Hiller billed me for replacing a fan and adding a drip pan per Hiller's recommendation. I found out later that the fan was not replaced and also that the drip pan lines were clogged. I now have water damage in the ceiling. There was never a leak until Hiller touched it. I have an upset Tennent as a result of no air conditioning on the hottest summer days. I had to refund my tenant, pay a new HVAC company to do the work that Hiller didn’t do and repair and paint the ceiling. In addition I have a collections letter from Hiller. I’ve explained everything to Hiller and we will see if they drop it or if this will escalate.

I had water leaking from upstairs to downstairs. They stayed with it for hours unstll they found the leak. They stopped the leak and came back a day later with the parts they needed. They took the mess with them. They were so nice and explained everything. I would never use another plumber after my really positive experience with them.

Monday I discovered water dripping onto my garage floor. Oh oh. Called Hiller and their techs tracked it down to the drip lines for the Upstairs HVAC system. Thanks to them we now have new lines that are stronger. Everyone on the project was super nice and patient in explaining what was going on.

Hiller was very easy and professional. From scheduling the appointment to getting the faucet fixed. Katie, the plumber, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the labor was a little pricey, but it came with a 2-year guarantee so it was ok.

Hiller quoted $900 for repair, local company quoted $500. Hiller tried their hardest to pressure me into buying a new unit on the spot, so I guess their business model is to price the service so high that it makes buying a new unit look like the best option. I ended up having the local company install a new unit (literally on the same day) for $4000. (It was actually a slightly bigger unit because my old one was undersized). Hiller’s lowest price for a new unit was $7500, and they didn’t do any calculations to see if the old unit was the proper size. I have cancelled my membership and will warn anyone against using their services.

Wesley replaced a bathroom faucet. He explained what he was going to do, gave me an estimate, and answered my questions about other repairs. I appreciate the work he did as well as how he left nothing behind except a perfectly working faucet!

My technician was ontime and helped me maintain a positive outlook on the issue. What could have been a several thousand dollar repair turned into a couple hundred dollar repair. A solid technician with a positive outlook, I could not have asked for more.

Hillar had fixed my drip in the bathtub faucet yesterday, but at 3:30 am, the tub started gushing water. I called Hillar, again, to fix the faucet. Chase was able to fix it by 5:30 am. Wow! What service!! He was friendly, apologetic, and fast. He didn't even wake up my sleeping children. Thank you Chase!!!

The products Hiller sells are comparable to other vendors but the installation, follow up, reliability, and integrity of the people we as customers interact with are what ultimately resonates with us. After all, as working parents, we sometimes have to leave these people in our homes for hours at a time and hope nothing gets messed with.I had the unfortunate pleasure of having both our upstairs and downstairs air conditioning units go out within 6 weeks of each other. $12K+ later, I have two new units. That was an incredibly tough pill to swallow but I had no choice. What made the process easier to tolerate was my experience with Clay in the north Nashville office (wish I had his last name). He oversaw both jobs, was extremely honest with me (even at the detriment of his own company), and gained my trust based on real life experiences where he didn’t have to be as forthcoming as he was. Clay is an example of how all customer facing technicians/project managers should behave.Customers want honesty and facts that allow them to make the best informed decisions for their families and without Clay on our job, I don’t believe I would have had the visibility to make the right decisions for me. I would advise anyone in north Nashville that decides to go with Hiller to request Clay on their job.Other Hiller employees in my house over the course of 3 days for these jobs were polite and efficient (Andrew was great too). I had a little trouble in the sales process but that was rectified (because of Clay) and all is now good.

I just now had the very best plumber tech I have had in my 70 years he actually listened before he started replacing parts smart easy to communicate with and went straight to the problem and fixed it in less than 5 minutes which is something 3 other service calls and another conference with another plumbing company were not capable ofI previously had spent over 400 dollars to get fixed and they never did fix it and refused to come back to try to fix itThank you great employee!!!

we had problems with plugs not working and our guy who come to look at it did everything he could and then called someone else out here with him to help locate why they wasn't working and about 20 minutes later found the issue and did amazing work. they move quickly and keep you up to speed as the process goes. I'd call and use again in the future if we need more fixed. we had Steve and Johnny today highly recommend.

First of all, I don't think I have ever spent the time to post a public review in my entire life..... until now!I was told on the phone that it would be a 69$ fee to come take a look at the issue. If there was a problem to be fixed then they would roll that money over to the cost of the repair---perfect!Well after the plumber cut a huge hole in my ceiling, ran the shower for 5 minutes & glanced in my attic. He said there was nothing he could do. (20 minutes AT most)Then, proceeded to charge me 250$ charge for an extended diagnostic feeI about passed out. I have never felt so ripped off!!!

We had a pretty major mishap with one of our toilets leaking into our air ducts. Atop of that, it happened on a weekend, we were holding our breath at the cost when we called Hiller to see if they could come out to find & repair it. We were told that they were very busy and at the earliest a technician could come would be 9 PM. Much to our delight, our courteous technician showed up at 5:30 PM. He found the leak and repaired it. His courtesy and professionalism were outstanding. We were also happy to find out that Hill or Honors our veterans by providing military discount of 10%. Cost was much lower than we had expected. I’ve used Hiller twice in the last 6 months, once for outside repairs at the water meter and then again for multiple inside repairs. Both times they provided next-day service. Bob was great! A Hiller technician came to my home in Cross Plains to trouble shoot some weird shortage I had in a room. I made the appointment ahead of time on-line. Hiller called me and let me know where and when the tech would arrive. He came as they promised and did a great job in a short amount of time. The tech, Brandon, was very professional and found the problem. Total time was under 40 minutes and cost was under $100 for even driving all the way out in the country. Brian was our technician, he arrived on time and was professional in his demeanor and appearance. Brian drained the water tank and cleaned air filter at base of tank. The pilot light has been going out periodically, and I hoped he would be able to diagnose if we needed a new thermocouple. Unfortunately he did not have the tool he needed to perform that service. I was charged $199. Good work, pricey for services performed.

After examining our unit, he gave us our options of either repairing our existing system, which was 15 hrs old, with questionable results due to the age of the unit, or the purchase of a new system. This is after I had another plumbing company come out the day before to check the line. But then that company told me they could not connect the refrigerator. Another good experience with Hiller. Had a new hot water heater installed in April 2018, and each year, the heating element has gone out. This time, it was not covered by the warranty, but the technician discovered that the area around the heater wasn't draining properly. He took some extra time to make sure the area would drain and replaced the element and thermostat. He was nice and professional. Took a couple of hours of my morning, but I'm satisfied with the results.

Used Hiller Plumbing to install Liquid Propane tank to line inside house for Ventless Firebox. I live in an area that does not supply natural gas and other big company's would not come out and set up because my entire home does not run of propane instead electricity and because of that the big company’s passed to help because they would not make as much money off me in the long run. I have used Hiller for years and they may not be the cheapest they are the best and get the job done right. Happy Hiller Customer for life.

Only issue that I have with them as that I was told the technician would have a water heater with him. When he arrive at 8:30 PM and had no water heater, it made it impossible to fix the problem that night. Had I known, I would have bought one and had it waiting on him.

Our AC went out. It just wasn't cooling. Hiller fit us in and came out on Saturday. They were professional and eventually found the problem. An obscure switch on the geothermal pump had failed. Switch was replaced and we're up and running again. Thanks guys.

Contacted Hiller on a Wednesday and their appointments were booked until the next Tuesday. They were able to make time to fit me in and ended up sending a tech out the same day about an hour after I called.Chase arrived and greeted me with a smile and a high level of professionalism. He immediately diagnosed my issue and gave me estimates on the replacement part and a rebuild. He never pressured me on either and let me make my own decision. I decided to go with the rebuild, and Chase was in and out in about 30 minutes. Toilet was fully functional with no issues.I was impressed by the customer service delivered by Hiller and Chase. I’ll definitely be calling Hiller next time and asking specifically for Chase!

We just moved to a new home and had some big issues with our toilets and showers backing up and not draining. Technician was super professional and knowledgeable. He was here quite a while, but he also replaced the pipes leading in to and out of the water heater. VERY happy to have hit water again. Almost passed out at the price, though, which was more than twice what this cost 9 years ago. Originally it went from a non urgent clogged toilet to a disaster with anything that could run water. After speaking to customer service they were able to fit me in that night! Brian was dispatched and arrived quickly. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all our questions and did not leave until he was 100% sure we were happy. Worst service company I have ever tried to deal with in my entire life! They are crooks. Sent an unlicensed service tech to my house that did not know what he was doing. Made me pay for a part on the spot that I did not need. Threw them out of my house.

We had a new HVAC system installed today. Jonathon Ward and his assistant did an excellent job. They were very professional, and went above and beyond to complete the job to our satisfaction.

I had an appointment for Saturday, but they were able to get to me a day early! Brian arrived on time, fixed the leaky sink, and cleaned up in no time. He was professional and courteous.

Polite, professional, and friendly. Had their own little dirt buster cleaning up any residue. I am very pleased with the work that was done and completed.

Inexperienced personnel, I had to fish the wire down the wall myself for my thermostat, wasn’t explained to that the eco bee was better than the Honeywell the project took way too long to complete, my honest experience

Chase was absolutely amazing! He even showed me how to fix my shower the next time I have a drainage issue. I felt safe & very taken care of which is a big plus when your a women alone at home with a child.

Top notch service. Plumbing technician Jeff went out of his way to make sure, that although he could not fix my septic tank issue, I would be able to use some water over the weekend. When he was leaving, he accidentally hit my mailbox, but stayed late attempting to fix it. Although he couldn't fix it himself, with the help of Vanessa, Brian and Kevin, my mailbox is repaired, reset and looks amazing! Thanks to all involved for the special attention and courtesy. I will definitely contact Hiller again for any future needs and recommend to my family and friends.

I’ve now learned from several friends previously employed by hiller that it is common practice to send out the new guy for your repair and then if he can’t fix it then they will send out the experienced tech. This is exactly what happened to me this kid came out said he fixed it and that he’d only have to charge me the 79$ service fee. He did not fix it they sent the more experienced tech out he was polite and seemed knowledgeable only problem was it was 400$ for the repair. So not only did they not refund my first 79$ service fee but they also failed to mention I could put in a new water heater for repair price. Happy you’ll be or it’s free what a joke!

I own various properties and use various disciplines. Chase was hands down the best service technician I have ever worked with. Very well mannered and knowledgeable about his trade. The job was an absolute hot mess but luckily it was raining and 10pm at night. That always makes finding leaks more fun when it is 3 to 4 feet under ground at the water meter connection. He found issue discussed plan with me on how to repair it and what the cost was going to be. He came back next day when he said he would and fixed connection, emailed pictures and took payment. I am very pleased.

Mr. Jacob and Mr. Jon did a great job on the install of my HVAC unit yesterday. I tried to give them space but ended up looking over their shoulder the entire time. They were very patient and kept me involved thru every step of the install. I plan to call for my needs in the future and would definitely recommend to a friend.

I had the HVAC Tech, Plumber and Electrician and his apprentice at my house today. All four men were extremely polite, professional and very thorough in their tune-ups that they performed...the best experience I have encountered in a while- very pleased!

We have used Hiller twice since moving here and both the technicians sent were great. The company is a little more expensive but the quality of there work is stellar!!! If you want a company that goes above and beyond for there customers this is the company.The first time we called because we thought a water pipe was leaking. Steve came out and figured out a boot on our roof was not sealed and causing the leak. We did have old pipes and decided to redo some of them. He did an EXCELLENT job. Steve has been a plumber for years and you could see that in the quality of his work.We decided to call Hiller again to redo our electric since our first experience was so great. Brandon came out and did a FANTASTIC job! Brandon went above and beyond. The job ended up being a bit bigger then expected and poor Brandon was here the first night until after 10pm. He wanted to finish but he had worked straight thru the day so my husband told him to go home and come back tomorrow- we felt so bad for him. Brandon did a excellent job. The quality of his work is unmatchable. The TN inspector came and told us the job was done above and beyond of what he had to do.I hope Hiller knows how lucky they are to have two awesome technicians that do top quality work. If we ever need any type of work in the future we will definitely call Hiller.

We called Hiller at 5am because our heater quit working. They sent Conrad out early this afternoon, he diagnosed the HVAC issue, ran back to Nashville to get thr necessary part and was back and has our heater up and running already!

Hiller came to my house to do yearly maintenance on my tankless water heater. While there, they installed a kitchen faucet that had broken a few days earlier. They were not scheduled for that. It was the first time I have used Hiller. They were prompt and very polite and efficient. I was so glad they were able to get both jobs done even though they only knew about the one.

I needed a replacement vent cover after my mine fell apart. Hiller was the only company I called that was able to come out quickly. They had to come out twice and were on time on both occasions. They were very friendly and professional and took care of the job quickly. I had been worried that it would be a bit complicated due to the location but they had no problems. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Dwayne was knowledgeable of my HVAC system, showing me of the problems and condition, the old system was in. Colton Jones was the service tech who came out to do a preventative tune up on my furnace. He was very professional and really nice. He had a lot of patience explaining to me a repair my very old furnace would probably be needing in the near future. He wasn't pushy about it. He seemed very understanding that I was hesitant to invest more money into it yet could not afford a new unit at this moment. He also took the time to explain my options of replacing the whole hvac system or just the furnace or just the ac and the ok, I forget what he called it but it is on top of the furnace. I really appreciate knowing what my options are. I don't know if Hiller is the cheapest or not but they have always done right by me and I trust them without a doubt.

Ryan was out for some electrical work at my house today. He did amazing work. I am so glad I get to work with such great people everyday, who put so much effort into making sure every job is done properly. You're the best, Ryan.

Scheduling an appointment for an estimate was easy and accommodating to my schedule.For the estimate visit, Danny and Brandon were on time, very pleasant and professional and made several suggestions on how I could accomplish my project’s objectives more efficiently and cost-effectively.I also rejoined the Happy Hiller Club and saved even more money not to mention the included plumbing, cooling, heating and plumbing system checks throughout the year.I had also solicited a quote from another company for this same work and it was much higher and more complicated based on their (other company’s) recommendations - even with their club program initiative.This was one of several experiences I’ve had with the Hiller Company - all have been exceptional and I will be a return customer!

Very Disappointed!! We bought a 11,100 $ Top of the Line in 2013 ! I'm so sad about the B'S we have been through with Hiller . Hiller has put 5 or 6 parts on the Brand new unit it still DON'T Run right I know they sold us a Lemon rebuilt unit And we Cash $ money for it. We have been very very Nice about this and they act like Well what do you want Us to do about it ?? So what do I do ?? ??

My home has a very difficult area for the Gas Water heater, and Jim literally spent a hour going through options with me. I highly recommended Hiller for all plumbing, HVAC, & home services. Plumber was not knowledgeable. Repairs made did not repair issues, facets still leak and the toilet is still running constantly. I sent pictures prior to plumber appointment to make sure they would know the issues, to no avail.

We have (3) properties and use Hiller for all our maintenance needs. They provide excellent service and answer customer questions and are very responsive.
One less thing for me to worry about.
I trust the Hiller team to do the job at a fair price.

Brandon our plumber and Chris our electrician were phenomenal, we just purchased our home and wanted to get more thorough inspections done they gave us upfront pricing, went into detail about what we needed to fix and gave us estimates on repairs! Came home around 4:30pm to a leaking water heater. Hiller was able to send out a technician that night to fully replace it. He was very polite, friendly, and able to answer our questions clearly and without sounding patronizing or condescending. Hiller took what was a stressful situation for my family and made it painless. We'll definitely use them again!

Hiller backs up their work. Today they came out to do an air conditioning check and we had to have a motor replaced on a unit they installed a few years ago. It was under their warranty so it was free parts and labor.Their techs are always polite and tell you exactly what they did. They have also come when our heat went out at 11pm one night and worked until 1am to get it back on.

We made a call for a clogged kitchen drain. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. His arrival was very prompt. He addressed the issue and had it opened in no time.

Chase was my technician. Arrived on time and quickly got to work. Gave me relevant professional advice and recommendations.
