We are happy with Hiller. During the recent cold wave, our furnace went out, we contacted our usual HVAC company which we've done business with for a couple of years. They were not able to help us in a timely manner. In desperation we contacted Hiller, which we'd never done any business with. They agreed to send a technician the next day (the other gave us an appointment 4 days later). The technicians were courteous. They discovered a problem and repaired it with the understanding that there might be other problems. There was another problem that didn't show up for a couple of hours. When we got back in touch, they returned quickly and fixed the remaining problem. We decided to buy a new HVAC system from them. They came on time. Their initial estimate was that the installation would take about 6 hours. It turned out to take about 12 hours. None-the-less, there was no additional charge. The system has been working for about a day, now. It seems that the work was effective. We are happy.
