I won a judgment in small claims against this company. The damages were for work paid for but not completed. Now they aren't paying the judgment either. Buyer beware!

We have had Bryant Electric come to our home in Austin several times for different electrical needs. We have been completely satisfied with their work on each occasionally.Today Bryan and Jeff were here to hang a couple of chandeliers and to add dimmer switches. These two men did an excellent job. They were on time, pleasant, and professional. As it turned out they did not need of use scaffolding and this lowered the bill substantially. I would highly recommend this company.

While Installing a $16K system they found a part was missing, due to late finish, the part would be tomorrow. Austin iced over, delaying the delivery of missing springs. We are serving with one system until the ice melts.

I called these guys out the other day when my water heater went out and Ricky came to check it out not only was he able to get the same brand he was also able to install it that same day super professional he layed floor covers and was very careful highly recommend. As he was in the attic he also noticed my AC system was over 20 years old and was sweating from all the torn duct that was up there, what I really liked was that he showed me exactly where it was leaking from. They came out the next day and knock it out in a couple of hours I really appreciate their services and will definitely be calling them anytime I need them.

I was left w/ a completely incorrect diagnosis w/o a thorough inspection. That's fine, everybody makes mistakes. However, value of a company can be seen in the way they deal with those mistakes. In this case, it has been brutally awful. They simply don't seem to care. I still have yet to receive my refund and at this rate, it will take longer than a phone company rebate to get my refund. Dear ARS/Rescue Rooter, get the job done right, or at least care a little bit about your unhappy customer if not done right.
