I would highly recommend Grayzer based on: Service, Professionalism and Cost. I recently had recessed LED lighting installed in our master BR, study nook and living room with vaulted ceilings. First off, their receptionist/scheduler, Jessica, is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful explaining their service and pricing. They schedule within a 2hr window...also a plus in my mind.Electricians Jim and Logan(? hope i got names right?) were very clear on when they would show up the day prior and then called ~45min ahead of arrival to ensure I was home. Both days they actually arrived early! Pretty surprising based on other contractor experiences I've had. Ultimately, they installed 13 beautiful lights across three rooms in 1 1/2 days and were very friendly and informative while they worked.I will likely be calling Grayzer again as I start my next project in the very near future. thanks!

I cannot say enough nice things about the quality and professionalism I've experienced from Dunman. Josh has done work on 3 separate occasions for my kitchen remodel and has been great to work with. Becky has always been able to fit me into their calendar at short notice and their prices are very fair. Wish I could say the same about my other contractors, but quality is hard to come by lately.

Had an issue with my tankless water heater around 9pm. Got ahold of David and he talked me through the repair with no charge. Best service in Austin hands down. David and 1st plumbing services now has a place in my contact list. Nobody can beat the service

Had Fox come out to look at a malfunctioning outdoor unit and quote me for a fix. While it's true the unit has passed the 10-year mark, the techs were pushy about the replacement and used sales tactics that came off as manipulative (e.g. You seem like a nice guy after less than 5-10 minutes of interaction). For this reason, I went with a different provider who fixed the problem at a significantly lower cost, and gave me useful information on when a replacement is actually needed.For a previous visit, I don't know if charging $1500 to install a reme halo filter in one's house is standard, but considering the filter itself can be found for like $300, that seems weirdly steep. The guy also gave an evasive answer when I asked if I could replace it myself. I later verified on multiple YouTube videos on professional channels that I can in fact replace it myself.I will not be contacting Fox in the future.

Great services my bath tub was clogged and they came in to fix my bathroom, amazing plumbing skills and the expertise to explain each step of the repair was on point, they never moved forward without authorization and the equipment for the repairs was very professional as well. I will always recommend a job and give Damian five stars for excellent customer service

Used to be a fairly reliable company but now seen to be pushing unecessary equipment and services. Last service visit the guy insisted we should buy Kickstarter hard start devices to prolong compressor life and offered a one time only price of $350 when they can be purchased for like $50 at Home Depot. A few days later they call and say they need to schedule a service check because of the Jan 2020 moratorium on Freon systems. He couldn't explain why that wasn't addressed by the recent service visit. Also had no answer when I called him on the fact that my systems use Puron not freon which they should have known since they installed the systems and had recharged them in the past. Pretty obvious they are now just trying to get extra money.
